Rating + 1 Will never buy from again

They don't stand behind what they sell. I ordered a pc case and it came damaged, obviously from being dropped more than once. When i FINALLY got a hold of them, they said it was out of their hands and they were fowarding my info to the manufacturer and leaving it up to them. I later contacted the manufacturer, only to find out that they never forwarded anything. Newegg didn't bother to reply to me about the issue either. Time to start shopping elsewhere I guess.

Rating + 5 Customer Service went the extra mile for a problem purchase.

I purchased an RC drone for a Christmas gift in early December - which arrived a week or so later. On Christmas Day, it was unwrapped and we attempted to fly it. However, one motor would not spin as fast (or at all) as the other three, meaning it was not flyable.

I attempted to get a refund on the item since it was shipped defective, but 123Stores will only accept a refund on an open item 7 days after delivery. Of course it was almost 2 weeks after arrival before I realized it was defective.

Ultimately, 123Stores offered to make an exception to their policy due to the circumstances.

So in short, be mindful of their return/restock policy before you order. But, their customer service is willing to work with you to provide superior customer service.

I am happy with 123Stores' customer service. I order a wall air conditioning unit and it arrived damaged. I submitted a damage claim with UPS and contacted 123Stores to let them know the claim details and to put them in contact with UPS. This AC unit is going into a place that currently does not have a unit in place and I am in Chicagoland area in December so the AC sleeve is very drafty, even with cardboard blocking the opening. I received a response immediately from Andy in Customer Service and asked if he can possibly put some priority on processing this claim because I really want to finish the AC install. I and was kept informed of each step of the process from damage review to issuing of the refund. And I am not talking about automated response from a computer system. There was emails and follow up phone calls until the claim was resolved...and this is also holiday season so customer service everywhere must be real busy. I will definitely order from 123Stores again and many Kudos to Andy!

Rating + 1 Disregarded support e-mail from Newegg

I attempted to cancel an order, and although I have confirmation Newegg reached out to 123Stores and asked them to cancel the order they disregarded the request and I was charged anyways. Very poor customer service. Avoid doing business with them.

Rating + 1 Third Party Seller

Received item DOA. They do not house products. Are a third party seller and forward orders to their vendors. Although they DID eventually get me an RMA for the item, was only valid 7 days and by the time was received due to thread removing the email, would expire prior to shipping due to holiday closures. I ultimately ordered elsewhere, received in order, and told seller matter was closed. Will not order from 123 Stores again. Buy from actual NewEgg marketplace seller, not a third party seller. Prolongs process if any issues.

BEWARE!!! 123Stores should be avoided. They advertise one thing send you something else. Then refuse to refund your money. I have been a customer of newegg since 2002 and can't believe they allow this company on their site.

Rating + 1 Sent Wrong Item; Would Not Issue Refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! They sent me a completely wrong item and will not issue a return and/or refund for my purchased part. They even sent it to the wrong address so I had to pay another $13 to have a friend pick it up at the incorrect address and send it to me. They kept demanding I send a picture of the item and then when I sent it they said they didn't get it. I sent them the link to the item they sent me on both Newegg and another site and informed them it shouldn't matter what the incorrect item was and they needed to issue my refund immediately. They then stopped responding to my emails demanding my refund. The item they sent isn't even remotely what I ordered and is less than half the value. This is outright fraud. They outright stole my money and they should be removed from Newegg as a marketplace seller.

RMA Policy
    All unopened unused items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any opened or used items, even if the item has been wrongly ordered by you.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
