Rating + 1 don't deserve a single egg

this company is terrible do not buy. got a defective product, 3 months dozens of emails and phone calls and still no rma, no label. newegg has not helped at all either as they keep saying "its a third party vendor". an almost $200 item that I had to do a charge back on my credit card to get a refund and my credit card company can't reach them either. how in the world is this company on newegg? newegg normally has excellent customer service but not this time.

Rating + 1 slow to respond

The items that I bought were slow in being shipped. Then when that were shipped it didn't make it to me before it was damaged in shipment. At that point FedEx indicated that they were following the shippers instruction. I was not notified of anything. As I kept tracking the shipment it went back to the shipper. I attempted on several occasions to contact 123Stores but only got voice main and they never called me back until I complained through Newegg. It was returned to the shipper on 4 May and now after 9 days I still do not have tracking information on the new shipment.

I purchased the Luxor cart through Newegg and trying to deal with 123Stores is impossible. The merchandise is damaged and I have sent them pictures three times and they say they are not getting the pictures and I need to contact you. I will think twice before placing another order with Newegg. I should be dealing with you - not them - they can barely speak English.

I bought a 12 drawer bed and received a 6 drawer. I understand that I opened it later than the return policy, but that was only because it took longer to close on my house than expected. Apparently this company has no one that ever bought a house to understand what I was going through. After fighting with them they finally sent me an email saying if I emailed pictures they would give me 10% back. I emailed the pictures 3 times...3! Did I get 10% back. NO! They replied saying they tried to help fix the problem but I never responded which I did. Not only that, but the guy I spoke with admitted to false advertising!.....I take full responsibility on not opening or at least checking it as soon as I got it, but who would have thought that I would have gotten the wrong bed let alone not closed on my house until April instead of March like I was supposed to.

Do more research on the companies you buy from, especially online.

Rating + 1 Pathetic excuse for a business

Absolutely no clue how to treat customers. Item came in damaged. Refused to send new item until claim process was finished. So I am without the item for around 10 business days. I am now forced to try to bend item back out and sell at a loss.

Rating + 1 terrible experience

I waited over 2 weeks for an item to arrive (5-7 days was the estimated arrival). I was told the item was lost and I could either receive a refund or a replacement. I chose a refund because they could not have the item to me when needed. I tried to call the number back that was given to me & I couldn't get an anyone. I left a number with no response. I am very disappointed! I don't think I will do business again.

RMA Policy
    All unopened unused items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any opened or used items, even if the item has been wrongly ordered by you.

    In case of a damaged/defective item you can return the item to us for a replacement/refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to us verifying the damage/defect.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
