Standard Return Policy
Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for the following reasons only:
1. Items are damaged during transit or delivery.
2. Items are found to be DEFECTIVE.
3. Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered.
Products MUST be returned in the original packaging and the customer pays for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by 168DragonTrading.com. All return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving order.
All approved returns must be delivered to 168DragonTrading.com in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to 168DragonTrading.com. In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Refunds for returned orders are processed within 14 business days upon receipt. For payments made online, allow up to 30 days for your refund to reflect in your account. There is a 20% restocking fee on products returned that do not match our returning policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
