5 Eggs, simply because they shipped out a sub i bought, it got damaged somehow during the shipping process, so they sent out a free replacement and even paid for the shipping, very fast customer service, and friendly staff.

Got my shipment promptly. Product was defective but seller promptly responded to my email, provided me return information, and refunded my money. Very easy to work with. Great service! A+++

Ordered product saturday. Transacted and Shipped monday. Delivered wednsday. Product box could have been treated better, some tape was off, inside was fairly packaged. But nothing was harmed. Only thing wrong was the manual which was in spanish. But downloaded manual online

3 Kings shipped a brand new PAC module, but I couldn't use this particular item for my vehicle. They let me return my item no questions asked. and refunded All my money.I don't know of another company who would refund money without asking 100 questions. A+++++++++++++ supplier, I will be buying all my automotive parts from 3 KINGS!!!!

i bought a planet audio sub and i had problems with it i returned it and got a new 1 everything went smoothly there coustomer service rep is good

Received wrong items from 3 kings sales, there arent any toll free numbers to contact seller. and now i have to wait 3 to 5 business days to contact me and of course another 5 to 10 days to received the correct items. In the mean time my project is on hold. I bought Model (2) TW57 worth over $80 bucks and the send me Model number TW17 worth about $13 bucks each.
And let me tell you about shipping, its garbage. if it says free shipping thats because the grab and old dirty used box that barely fits with items inside. no plastic or paper to support damage. over all If i had the option to give them no golden eggs I would do so. Will not buy from them ever again.
Seller Response:This was the incorrect item which was our mistake and we wound up giving that as our gift to the customer as our way of apologizing for the mistake, all emails were responded to within hours.

Pyle PCA4 Stereo Mini 2x120 Watt Stereo Power Amplifier is what I wanted, not fancy and nice clean power with crisp sound with great sound for many PC games. Stereo Power Amplifier has been a great computer sound system product.

Returns with 3 Kings are as simple as they can get.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days just send back the product and you will receive a full refund with no questions asked. If you have any problems with your product within the first 60 days just send back the product and we will send out a replacement for no charge.

Notify Our Customer Service Department
All returns must be setup through our customer service department first. Please note that any item that shows avoidable physical abuse cannot be accepted (blown voice coils, cracked screens, etc). If your product has missing parts we will be glad to exchange it but if a refund is requested there will be deductions for the missing pieces (including the box and manuals).
Return Shipping
For any orders that are 'refused' or marked 'Return to Sender' the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
When returning an item to us please be sure to send it to the return center address given to you by our customer service staff. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may experience delays in processing or refusal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer so we strongly advise using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. In addition, we suggest that you insure the item as we cannot be held liable until it is signed for by our return center. If you send your package with a reliable carrier, pack it well and fully insure it you shouldn't have any problems.
Please be sure to note your order or RA number on or in the box. Feel free to contact our customer service department with any return shipping questions.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed promptly after being checked in. The refund will be made to the original payment method of the order. Please note that while we process the refund on our end quickly it may take your bank additional time for it to post back to your account.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be shipped promptly after being checked in. If no change of address is requested the replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order. Please note that an exchange may not always be possible due to an item being out of stock.
