Not happy about not being informed that I would need to sign for my package. Now I have to figure out a time when I can be home to wait around for UPS to decide they are going to deliver my lens.

I would avoid this vendor. They substituted the item I ordered for one of a lower price. However, the great folks at NewEgg refunded the difference. The vendor was not honest.

Received my order in 2 days for a standard shipping option. Came with a wrong battery model for the kit I bought but this seller quickly sent the proper battery no questions asked. Very satisfy with their service.

Rating + 1 GOPRO 4 Hero

I purchased the GoPro and paid for next day. It didn't go out until 4 days later. Paid almost $90.00 to have it shipped overnight. New Egg was offering free shipping for longer delivery. They only refund almost $24.00. Camera is great accessories are cheaply made. Just purchase the GoPro 4 by itself and shop for the accessories you want somewhere's else. The order was mishandled from the start.

Rating + 5 Very impressed with the timely shipping and cost of this item.

Would recommend this item for the quality and the package deal. It was shipped the same day that it was ordered. Ordered on the 10th before 4:30pm and received it on the 12th. Didn't have to pay for express delivery just had it shipped for free. Received item in 2 days. several items in this package that would have made it cost a whole lot more.

I am a long time Cannon 35mm and DSLR owner that decided to switch to Nikon. I was not familiar with the difference between Nikon's DX and FX format cameras and lenses. I ordered a Nikon D750 (FX) that came with DX lenses. After ordering but before delivery, I determined I wanted FX lenses. Eric at 47st. Photo was very helpful but in the end I decided to return the equipment. They promptly refunded my funds. I will purchase from this vendor in the future.

    You will receive a return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days from the date you receive your order. If you need a refund, our policy is the purchase price

    less shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. There is no restocking fee for exchanges, however the item exchanged must be returned in original condition. If a package is refused, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee less shipping.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
