USPS and US Customs sucked on delivery issues (7 days in Chicago, then shipped to Washington DC before my house Mid Michigan) ???

Rating + 3 Sub par seller

Although the price is good, the quality and delivery of this seller is sub-par to say the least. I ordered two BT keyboards for my tablets and both orders had issues. One had keys that came off and the other did not come with screen protector or stylus as described in the product description.
No response to emails sent to the seller or newegg. Not sure if it is the seller or newegg that is responsible.

Rating + 5 I'm Happy!

Decent price! Had an issue with delivery, but that was with the US Post Office, and not the seller! When I contacted the seller about the post office issue, he responded quickly and politely, very anxious to help resolve the delivery issue. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from this merchant!

Rating + 4 Customer Service was great, shipping method was terrible

This is an addendum to my previous review. While the customer service was great, courteous and fast, the shipping was painstakingly slow and the tracking number was not one that could be read by any company I found. I never received this product, it was lost in shipping, so this review is for the company, not the product. I requested a refund after the shipping debacle.

While the customer service was quick to reply, the package was lost. When I asked for another item to be shipped, the were back-ordered. I do have to say they were quick to refund.

The plastic separated from the plastic within two days of use.
I'm not happy with the quality of this item.

I ordered a power cord for a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 and a cover for the Tablet. My granddaughter never got it. I would like a refund. I will never order from Newegg again. Credit my account now.

It took a while, and it was a little bumpy after the USPS lost my package, but I did receive the item I ordered. It fits perfectly and is exactly as described. Very happy with seller and will buy from again. Thank you.

Rating + 1 AVOID!!

Received my 360 rotating folding case for me asus memopad smart 10. It did not hold the tablet in place at all. The plastic back just barely cups the tablet. 96mart doesn't provide free returns for defective products. Granted most of their products are a small $ risk, but I shouldn't have to pay anything for defective products.
