Rating + 1 Worst newegg experience ever

Item was ordered and shipped early March. Supposed to be delivered between 7 to 14 days. now it is April 10th, still no item, got one email from the seller stating they would ship a new one. Still nothing. No response to emails, no item.... Do not buy from this seller.

Rating + 1 BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Like so many others, over a month past and I never received my shipment. AES Diagnostics didn’t respond to my messages. Fortunately, Newegg’s Marketplace Guarantee processed a full refund to my PayPal account today. AES Diagnostics seems to be a somewhat “shady” business, apparently using USPS Media Mail to ship non media products … isn’t that a federal offence? So a few buyers finally got their item after 4 or 5 weeks, it should never take that long; when it normally takes a week or two for shipments. Shame on you AES Diagnostics … Newegg should drop you from their Marketplace.

I ordered this on march 25 as of April 10 no item the tracking number shows it left NY on the 26 of March and no further info since then

16 days later no item

and new egg is no help they told me I have to wait at least 14 business days before they will even look into it very rude customer service rep

Not very happy at all 2 items I ordered from new egg a week after the scanner have already shown up

Got this product for the right price and does what it says it does read and clear codes that really the reason I bought it for I'm no mechanic so saves me for going to the repair shop to get the diagnostic done rather I can do at my house.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive and by then I didn't need it. I called and asked to return unopened package for a refund but never heard beck from seller. Will never deal with them again.

Finally received unit on 4/4/14 after ordering on 3/8/14 and card debited on 3/10/14 and spending what seemed a lifetime email back and forth with Newegg to get status with basically nothing from AES. not a way to keep customers

I placed an order for a OBDII Scanner a month ago March 9th and just received it today April 7th after paying POSTAGE for the product that said it would come with free shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. NEWEGG de-partner with this defunct company.

I did business with this seller, we had issue with delivery initially when I had to contact them, they were quick and responded very swiftly.
The product was resent and was delivered in 3 days from last contact.

    Unless the item purchased is defective, or a different product from what you ordered is sent, the buyer will assume all shipping charges. Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
