Rating + 1 Would not return applicance

I ordered an AC unit and was called prior to the delivery. The delivery men found our office which is a difficult task in our building. They did let the AC unit (which weighs about 140 lbs) drop when it was laying on it's side to it's bottom.
I needed to return the AC unit because we were unable to upgrade our electrical to support this unit. I asked if I could swap the unit with a model they sell that supports our electrical and they were unable to do anything. I was unable to speak with a manager directly about the issue and they were unable to help. I understand that this was my issue but it would be nice if you could return or exchange items. I did not see the no return policy on Newegg's page when ordering.
As a customer support manager I understand how customers want to be treated and this is not the way to do business.

Rating + 1 Seller has no control over there shipper AM Home delivery

Ordered 4-24-2013. Left New York 4-26-2013 for delivery. Arrived Florida 4-28-2013. Shipper AM Home delivery says it will not be this week, nothing headed your way so maybe next week. Ordered 4-24-2013 with 5 to 7 day delivery. Anticipated delivery May 6 to the 10th. if some thing is going to my area of the state. AJ Madison notified, did nothing.

Rating + 5 Great Dryer, Fast Shipping

First, I was scared of the bad Reviews of AJ Madison, most are relate to the shipping. Since I'm not in rush, I decided to wait for it. I ordered on Sunday, they call me on Tuesday to confirmed the delivery. I received my dryer on Wednesday morning.Monday is Holiday,only took them 2 business days.(P.S. I'm in NY and the item was shipped from Brooklyn, NY)

The Dryer is very quiet and high quality. I'm very satisfy

Rating + 1 Shipper "Lost" Our Washer

I can't give this seller a good review. I never received a tracking number. I finally called them and received one for AM Trucking. I tried to call and email them when I never heard from them for a delivery day. After a couple days I got through. I was told it was good that I called because the washer was sitting on a "missing items" list. The agent was very nice about it and felt bad, but that does not make up for losing a washer.

I am still waiting for a scheduled delivery date. I cannot recommend this seller to anyone due to their carriers' incompetence. How do you lose a washing machine? How does a freight carrier leave an item sitting in a corner in a warehouse without bothering to try and deliver it? The way the agent made it sound, if I had not called it would have sat in a corner on a "missing items" list forever.

This seller and their carrier reflect very poorly on Newegg.com. I caution anyone to be prepared for this if they buy from them.

Rating + 1 Poor after sales service & beware of AJ Madison return policy

After we purchased muliple products from AJ Madison, and waited many weeks for the product to arrive. We discovered one of our kitchens had been built incorrectly & one of the two fridges would not fit. Still unpacked we wanted to return the product & exchange it for another model. I have had to chase AJ Madison for a reply & now discover, that not only will I have to arrange my own transport, with insurance, to return the product, I will be charged a 30% restocking fee. They didn't even seem interested in assisting me in any way in selecting a replacement product. We also discovered after installation of the oven we purchased, there was rust on the front panel, after having to chase them up for a response, they have not called, but emailed me wanting me to accept a 15% reduction & that the issue was purely cosmetic! Apparently I have just 2 days to make a decision, after that I could void their kind offer. No phone call, no care about customer service. What a shame.

Rating + 1 Dirty Laundry

I ordered a washing machine from AJ Madison on 11/27/2012 and still have not recieved the it. I have called on several occasion to find out where the order is at and have been told it should be in next week. In fact, one representative told me the order is on a truck to the warehouse and should be in by the week of 1/7/13. I called on 1/10/13 and was told it will not be in until the 21st of January because of the manufacture. It seems odd that AJ Madison cannot get this item but I can order it at Home Depot today. I have started the process to get a refund on my order and will never deal with AJ Madison again. If you see them as a seller don't buy it.

Great Pricing and all went well. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the shipping tracking was a little hard to understand. The tracking number said it would be delivered on x day but in reality they called me on x day and wanted to schedule it to be dropped off at x+1 or x+2 day. I had arranged my work schedule to be off on day x so it was a little misleading. It was shipped by YRC shipping.

Rating + 1 AJ Madison Crooks!

Steer clear of those.

Ordered washer and drier on Cyber Monday. Says "in stock, will whip in 1-3 days". As of Jan.1 still nothing. I've called them multiple times. Every time same answer "will ship in few days". Still nothing shipped. Credit card charged by NewEgg same week as order placed . Status on NewEgg account page says "shipped" with bogus tracking number "777".

NewEgg used to be excellent service company. Now, every time I complain by e-mail to NewEgg customer service I got what appeared to be automated reply with no relevance to my issues. I specifically stated that I'm not interested in refund, I'm asking to expedite my order. "Jay" asking me to confirm that if I would like to get refund.

My regular orders still coming fine, but any complications become almost impossible to resolve.

NewEgg should prune those horrible "partners" to maintain service quality.

So far my case still unresolved. I'm more and more frustrated.
