    Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer usually up to 3 years from date of delivery (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, Accessory Genie offers an exclusive 30 day return policy for purchases made through New Egg.

    All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by emailing or by calling Accessory Genie Customer Service toll free at 888-998-8879 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time). Please note your order number, item #'s of products being returned, and the reason for return. RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days. Please return your merchandise promptly after receiving an RMA number.

    All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned product must be complete with the original manufacturer's packaging and any parts, cords, or manuals. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.

    Defective Merchandise - Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange, refund, or store credit.

    Non-Defective Merchandise - Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange, refund, or store credit. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    30 Day Return Policy Exceptions - Radar detectors, GPS equipment, computer software, and MP3 players must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Software can only be exchanged, not returned.

    Outgoing shipping charges and New Egg processing fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Canceled orders, undeliverable orders, and refused shipments are subject to additional handling charges.

    Please allow 14 business days to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once we receive your return. Any merchandise returned to Accessory Genie without authorization or a RMA number will be refused.

    Accessory Genie reserves the right to refuse any return. An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
