Rating + 5 GREAT to work with!!!

I ordered a replacement battery to install in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. Through no fault of the seller's the battery I received was just as old as the battery that came in my tablet to begin with. I requested a replacement. They sent it out quickly, without waiting to get the first one back. The second one was even older. AccessoryGeeks went back to their supplier and confirmed that Samsung made all the replacement batteries when they made the tablet and are not making new ones now, so there was no way to get a recently manufactured battery.

After all that work, AccessoryGeeks took both batteries back and gave me a full refund with no hassles whatsoever. They were simply awesome the whole way through!

The website would not accept a cancellation of a duplicate order within two minutes of its placement.
They forced both on me...
After bouncing between chat and long distances calls I had to pay for, I was finally given a return label.
At the post office, the return label was only good for one region. The company is on the west coast and I am on the east.
I had to pay 15 dollars EXTRA to make the return label on a 37 dollar item I never asked for good enough to take it all the way back to them...

Retail packaging had obviously been opened and the screen protector, squeegee, and cleaning cloth where missing. sent them an email and never heard back from them.

Ordered what was supposed to be a Samsung-branded case. Received plain-packaged knock-off. When attempting to get a refund, they have been unresponsive. Do not buy from this company. Ever.

Rating + 1 RMA/Return experience.

The box was caved in when I received it, the item was damaged in the corner. Not unusable, but the damage on top of general dislike of the item won out for wanting my money back. I requested a RMA through Newegg two times and received no reply so I contacted Newegg about it. They told me it was purchased through this company, that I'd have to contact them directly. I called the number, talked to a customer rep, and she cheerfully gave me a RMA. When I asked about shipping, she told me to use the original box with the labels on it. I'd already removed the labels so she said she could email a shipping label. I made it a point to ask if she needed my email address to which she replied she didn't need it, it was in the records. Six hours later, I write their customer service asking about this label, I get an apology and an explanation that it'll take 24 to 48hrs. Two days later, I send an email asking about it. Another two days later, I'm in live chat still trying to return this item.. :(

The Case was for a great price & the shipping was very fast, When i Received the case and put it on my phone, There is one corner that will not snap to make it a good fit, All the others tabs snapped in place. For that reason they get 1 egg.
