Ordered what was supposed to be a Samsung-branded case. Received plain-packaged knock-off. When attempting to get a refund, they have been unresponsive. Do not buy from this company. Ever.

The box was caved in when I received it, the item was damaged in the corner. Not unusable, but the damage on top of general dislike of the item won out for wanting my money back. I requested a RMA through Newegg two times and received no reply so I contacted Newegg about it. They told me it was purchased through this company, that I'd have to contact them directly. I called the number, talked to a customer rep, and she cheerfully gave me a RMA. When I asked about shipping, she told me to use the original box with the labels on it. I'd already removed the labels so she said she could email a shipping label. I made it a point to ask if she needed my email address to which she replied she didn't need it, it was in the records. Six hours later, I write their customer service asking about this label, I get an apology and an explanation that it'll take 24 to 48hrs. Two days later, I send an email asking about it. Another two days later, I'm in live chat still trying to return this item.. :(

The Case was for a great price & the shipping was very fast, When i Received the case and put it on my phone, There is one corner that will not snap to make it a good fit, All the others tabs snapped in place. For that reason they get 1 egg.

To begin with, they sent the wrong item. Then they made me pay to ship it back. Then even though UPS tracking said they got the item, the pushed me off for days. Finally they said they rec'd it, but it would take another 5 business days to credit my account. Not much longer after that, when I email them, the email comes back saying: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: NewEgg (newegg@accessorygeeks.com). The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
What a complete rip-off!! They stole $30 from me!!! Don't EVER buy anything from accessory geeks!

Ordered combo-pack of iPhone 5 accessories (very reasonably priced). One of the cables was non-functioning, so I called for RMA # / procedures. Problem was immediately resolved without cost or hassle. Replacement arrived by end of week. Great customer service, but a defective item has to cost an egg when rating.

The product I have ordered from AccessoryGeeks was not as pictures. I understand that products change from time to time however the manufacturers website did not show this. I've made multiple attempts to contact regarding this item as it does not function. I'm unsure if it is a quality control issue or damage during shipping but either way contact with consumer is very poor.

I bought this phone case for my Samsung Note 2 and its a great fit and looks awesome. My phone is protected and it looks good, what more can man ask for :)
