The customer service dialogue never ceased. There was a delay in the original shipment and I contacted customer service and they responded within the hour with an apology, an explanation, and got the delivery out the door. The next day one of the HDDs arrived but the other was still delayed. Again, I contacted customer service and they were prompt in their reply, explanation, and solution to the problem. I know issues occur for any company that deals with inventory and shipping. What is unacceptable is when the company leaves you in the dark about the situation. Action Packed was responsive throughout the delay process in a very professional manner. While there was a delay in my items being delivered, the customer service more than made up for this shortcoming. I'd order from them again with confidence.

Rating + 1 Horrible, just horrible.

Ordered a wireless adapter from them and the tracking said it would be at my doorstep in two weeks. Being a little annoyed at the fact that it will take two weeks to get to me I still decided to wait. Two weeks passed and still no package, so I decided to cancel my order. They instead decided to send the package to me saying if I would like a 25% discount or a full refund. I decided I wanted a refund, so they sent a return label to me free of charge. Week went by and I got the package, put the return label on and went to the UPS office to return it. It has been two weeks since I returned the item and I still haven't gotten my refund yet. This is unacceptable, I have never had this issue with any other seller. Don't buy from this company, only frustration and disappointment are waiting.

Action Packaged Inc. provided insanely quick shipping for me I got my thermal paste I ordered within 3 days which is awesome since I only payed for the 5-7 day shipping. I used the paste to build my new computer then a few days later I was contacted by their customer support to see if I was satisfied with the shipping and the quality of my order on it's arrival. While it was an unexpected email it was a nice one because it showed me they cared about their customers and how we feel about their service! Overall an amazing experience!

Rating + 1 Do not buy from this seller

I would never buy or recommend using this seller again. I placed the order on Thursday by Saturday they had not shipped it after many phone calls and emails on the following Monday it still did not ship. It is now Monday a week later and the latest tracking shows it being dropped off at the post office 12 days and no hard drive yet and I lost a customer.

I was looking for something for my husband for Fathers Day. He had very specific requirements and this was the only web site that gave me what I needed. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was well package to protect this electronic device.

Rating + 3 Slow and didn't give full refund.

This seller was extremely slow with shipping my purchase out. So slow that I ordered from someone else, and requested a refund. The other seller shipped my product super fast; before API even responded to my refund request. They eventually responded to my refund request, said they would give me a refund. The next day I got a shipping number from them... too late at that point. The refund they gave me did not include the cost of shipping. So I basically took a 10% hit.

Rating + 4 A bit slower to process orders then Newegg, but very responsive and fast shipping.

It took them the full 2 days to process my order, but they did respond to my email when inquiring about it. Once processed my order was shipped quickly and arrived a day ahead of the estimated date.

I would order from this seller again.

    No exceptions will be made to these return policies. If you do not agree with these policies or you feel you will be unable to comply with these policies if they ultimately apply to you and your order, please do not place your order with Action Packaged, Inc.™

    Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and/or used for any length of time. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.

    There are no exceptions to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.

    Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
