I purchased a battery two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. Twice I requested a refund and only got this message back:

This is not a ASUS brand original battery as stated. In fact the battery does not even fit into my Asus R503U laptop like add lead me to believe. Order # 268332063, invoice #142432755 , order date 9/9/2016 from Power warehouse.

Had a problem with the SanDisc 200 GB Wireless Stick and wanted to return it, I was ignored. After a lot of work I was able to get it to work, but it still think there is an issue with it.

It took 3 days for order processing and another week to receive the item. Not the same Adorama experience we would expecte. Customer service communications are not pleasant either. Disappointing to say the least.

I requested an RAM and after 7 days I still did not get one. The 30 day return policy is expiring and I'm stuck with this product that I can not use . Note that there is no request RMA on web page found only RMA Inquire.

Rating + 1 Very poor business ethics

I have never given a bad review of a seller before, but Adorama Camera deserves one. I ordered a scanner that was shipped in the thin retail box without additional packaging. The box was received damaged (of course) and with the scanner banging around inside. Luckily I did not find any external damage to the scanner itself, but I will never consider buying anything from Adorama again. Any business that is so uncaring for its customers does not deserve customers.

Rating + 1 Famous Leica box arrived crushed.

Adorama uses industrial strength shrink-wrap envelopes. It literally crushes the contents, which in this case was a Leica box holding an accessory hand-grip. The priced Leica box was damaged . The hand-grip also did not look fresh from Germany. It was listed as new.

    For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

    Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

    Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.

    Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

    TV Return Policy:
    •TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned.     •TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.

    •Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
    •Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
    •Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
    •Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
    If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
