Rating + 1 Poor organization and lack of concern for the customer

I would not recommend this buying from this customer. I only received one of the 2 tablets I ordered and when I called I just got a big run around. They stated that there were 2 in the package, I went as far as taking pics of the packing to show that there was only room for one. I then cancelled the order for the other tablet which they sent anyways a few weeks later. Now they want me to pay for the shipping back, not to mention that the tablets are cheap and don't function well at all (**had to change my choice of wording or I would have used a word more to the point). I would caution anyone wanting to do business with them.

Rating + 1 Sleeping on the job

The Iview SupraPad i1010QW I received was defective right out of the box. I tried to request an RMA through the channels for contacting Marketplace sellers, but I got no reply after three attempts over the course of a week. In my attempts to get attention from Alliance, I discovered that it is actually the Newegg Marketplace presence for Iview itself. So I wound up having to contact Iview directly through its own website to finally get in contact with the person who handles Alliance customer support, the person I should have been able to reach through Newegg's channels in the first place! I have finally gotten an RMA exchange going, but it shouldn't have taken this long.

I have a couple of Iview's other products which are nice (cheap but nice for what you pay for; the i1010QW being one of the very nice, more expensive ones actually), but its Alliance support rep failed to provide service through the Newegg Marketplace, hence the very poor rating.

Rating + 1 Customer Service what's that?

Item was suppose to have a 16gig HD, came with 11gigs. Called them and got told the OS eats memory?!?!?! Push the issue and they tell me tech support is out to lunch. Leave a contact number and never hear back from them!

Rating + 2 arived quickly first time. after that nothing but problems

i purchased this tablet for a friend as a birthday/christmas present back in august. worked good for 2-3 months then it wouldnt charge. contacted seller got rma # and sent back. they said they would send out a replacement as soon as they got it. wrote rma on outside of package as directed. waited two weeks nothing. called newegg. they gave the number to contact the seller. after 2-3 calls between me and the seller, they found the package mixed in with other packages (REALLY!!!). They apalogized and said they would send out replacement right away. another two weeks no package. called again today they said they said they would send out a replacement today and emailed me a usps tacking #. hopefully this is finally resolved after being without the tablet for almost two months.

I had this tablet for two weeks. everything works pretty good .the tablet does freeze every once in a while. the web browser that's built in crashes alot so I installed Google chrome today and it looks like it works good. you tube videos run well. magic jack app doesn't run at all. Skype works great good quality cameras on bot sides. So for the price I Payed it turned out to be a great tablet. btw the tablet has a screen protector on it when it comes out of the box. leave it on it works good

Rating + 1 DVD player DOD - now it's costing me $15 to return defective item

I paid $59 for DVD player that arrived DOD and it now would cost me $15 to return. THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL --unless you have tons of defective DVD players to get rid of.
I asked vendor to me to send me a return label at his cost and I would pay for it. He does not do return labels.
So it is costing ME 10% of the purchase price for me to receive defective merchandise. Seems to me there is a business ethic issue here for the vendor.
I will no longer shop from other vendors on NewEgg!
