I ordered one item from them. Later that day, I receive a call from their customer service, requesting verification on the color of the item I ordered. Even with extra time it took to verify the color with me, I still received the shipment a day earlier than suggested!
This is the way business should be done. Bravo!

Got the jacket in two days, only issue is a slight crease in the sleeves, hopefully I'll just wear that out.

- You have up to 20 days from Newegg ship date to initiate your return. We must receive your item within 30 days from Newegg ship date.
All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Shipping is not refundable unless damaged or defective.
Please allow 14 days for us to process your return after we have received your items. When we receive your items, we will notify Newegg to reimburse your credit card for a refund minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee charge for each returned item.
