Located in the Lake Superior region of Northwest Wisconsin, AntonGear was formed in 2004 by owner Michael Herbert. Growing up in Wisconsin where hunting, fishing, and the outdoors aren't just sports, they're a tradition deeply instilled in families. This is why in 2009 we began our expansion into AntonGear Sports outdoor sporting goods. Some featured products are fishing, rod building supplies, marine supplies for your boat, black powder products, hunting equipment, shooting accessories, archery, knives, and related clothing for outdoor activities.

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If not an error on the part of AntonGear Sports, we will refund only the purchase price, but not the shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges to and from AntonGear Sports. If an item offers free or discounted shipping an appropriate deduction will be taken for the actual shipping costs involved.

    Some special orders and customized products may not be refundable and some may impose a restocking fee which varies by manufacturer. If you have concerns please ask questions before ordering. All items must be returned in new condition. Any products which are not in original packaging and condition, are damaged, or contain missing pieces; are subject rejected refunds, restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price and/or partial refunds.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
