My item showed up broken and bent when it showed up to my house I was lucky to be able to salvage the leg on my desk, I ordered from this company I email them but never got a response, don't buy from them

Rating + 1 Sent dead item. Seller won't repond to return requests.

I purchased an item from this seller a few weeks ago. The item was dead on arrival and wouldn't even turn on. I sent an RMA request six days ago and still have not gotten a response. At this point, I have had to get newegg involved to attempt to force this seller to do anything. Will not buy from this seller again and don't suggest to anyone.

I am extremely and totally satisfied with my purchase and my experience! These guys stand behind their product and their customers' high expectations. To top it all off I also had a 5-star experience with Eleanor, their Customer Service Representative who went the extra mile to assist me. Kudos! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Rating + 1 Slow and Painful

They shipped my TV stand with the corners falling apart and it arrived in horrible shape. It took 2 days to get the shipping label and now that they have the package it's sitting in their building for 5 days when all they have to do is look at the box and know where I circled the point of damage. If I didn't use a newegg gift card I would have requested a charge back from the credit card company and let Newegg deal with them. Stay away from this company.

I swore off the marketplace vendors on newegg due to some bad experiences with other marketplace vendors. I purchased from Aosom without knowing that the item being purchased was through the marketplace. I had technical issues during the purchase. Aosom did not miss a beat. even after resolving credit card purchases with the bank and newegg, Aosom was there to ship immediately after process of payment. I was given good accurate information about my purchase and it arrived on time and in good condition. From my experience with Aosom, i would use them again.

I was skeptical at first ordering for a non newegg company but I am very pleased with the shipping times and the product its self very nice stroller/trailer built well and easier to store then the normal stroller.

RMA Policy
    We pride ourself in our customer service and are proud to offer a "No-Hassle" returns program to make your purchasing experience as simple as possible. As a general rule we accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of original delivery.

    If within the 90 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or no longer need the item (if unopened) we will assist you and make sure you are taken care of with either replacement parts, an exchange (depending on availability) or a return for a full refund on the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
