We purchased a pair shoes that did not fit we have spent months now trying to contact the seller to either get an exchange or refund with no avail and stuck with shoes that don't fit

Correct item. Shipping took longer than it should. It took 12 days instead of 5-7, but it was the holidays.

I ordered some boots on Tuesday and got them Thursday. Great item, exactly as described, fit perfectly and the price was outstanding. I don't think you could ask for quicker service which is really what everyone wants when they order online. Thank you very much!

The size 13 that I ordered and it said inside the shoe wouldn't fit a ten year olds foot.
Absolutely innacurrate size. 7 dollars freight charge to ship UPS to your local post office, adding several days to the delivery is absolutely pathetic. I will NEVER buy from this vendor again and would reccomend them to no one. It's an embarrassment for a highly professional company like Newegg to support them through their website.

1. Fill out the Return Form located on your Order Invoice. Include the completed form in the box.
2. Properly bag or box the return. Please note: If the manufacturer box is not in its original state (i.e. taped, torn, missing, etc.), a $10.00 surcharge will apply for re-boxing the product.
3. Mail the item(s) to the following return address. Customers are responsible for Return Shipping fees:
