Standard Return Policy
Skin care products can be returned used, but no more than 1/3 of the total amount of the product.
Customer's shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our end.
We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from newegg.com. If you purchased our products from a boutique or other e-tailer, please consult with the boutique as to their return policy.
Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge.
Upon arrival at the Argania Warehouse, all returned items will go through our inspection process.
If you received the wrong item, or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise, minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Argania. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company.
You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
If your item was damaged during transportation, customer must notify Sweetsation Therapy within 7 days from the date of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the unused damaged item to our facility for verification of a damage claim. Upon our receipt of the damaged product, we will replace it at our expense. Argania will also reimburse the customer for the return shipping of such item after the damage claim is verified. Please note, that any reports of damage after 7 days of delivery receipt will not be eligible for damage consideration.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
