I was directed to Newegg by American Express with the promise I could use my Amex points. Of two orders - one regular checkout and one Amex checkout - neither gave me an option to use points!

Rating + 1 Bad Customer Service

I received this bag and it had multiple flaws in the leather. I know leather has some flaws but these were huge and discolored. I sent it back using USPS therefore no tracking # and the bag mysteriously disappeared. So instead of an exchange I am out the $24.99 (+ 8.00 for shipping) as the customer service at Newegg said that without a tracking number I'm out of luck.

Rating + 3 Alpine Billfold

Fast shipping and delivery. Wallet was average grade imported (nothing seems to be made in the U.S. anymore) product. Very soft leather-hope it lasts for a while. The thing I dislike the most about the billfold is the red button logo in the lower left corner. It's an annoyance and can be felt when sitting with that dang logo facing your posterior cheek. I would never have bought it had I known how annoying that pea sized log really was.

    You can return your purchase for a full refund or an exchange for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your shipment. Please contact seller to obtain a return authorization prior to shipping the item back. Note that some shipping fees may not be refundable and return shipping must be paid for by the buyer. However if the item you received was the wrong item or a defective item we will pay for shipping both ways since it would have been our fault. For Exchanges once the item is returned to us we will pay for the shipping cost of the replacement to you. Items must be unworn unused and returned in original packages. In the rare case of a product defect please email us to arrange for your refund or replacement.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
