Rating + 1 Marketplace Sellers Dissapoint

Every single one of them so far has been a disappointment somehow. I've placed two large orders of camping gear spread out between probably 4 marketplace sellers in each order. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM fails to ship my items in a timely manner (even with expedited shipping). EVERYTIME I end up having to email them -- and EVERYTIME they fail to respond (even when I point out I've paid for faster shipping and requested they cancel the order) and just ship it out that day (or within a few days of having to finally ask them what happened). This last order included a CamelBack Mule 3L. I purchased this exact same pack a month prior (same long wait - both orders arrived the week after my trips so I haven't even actually used any of my own gear yet) - this time the camelback arrives and it's an older model. The previous order included the new HydrateOrDie gear with military spec bladder -- this new order is the old style that doesn't even have quick release fittings. Marketplace is bad.

However, everything we sell is returnable for full credit within 30 days (except products which have been installed, painted, modified, or returned without their original packaging). If you decided you didn't like the product, we don't mind taking it back, but, we can't recover shipping costs. Please let us know how we can help you in any way.

    Atlas Outdoor Supplies offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
    For a FULL REFUND:
    *Items must be in new condition
    * Items must be returned with all original packaging materials, boxes, manuals and accessories
    *Please note that if you have used or opened the items and they are no longer "resellable" as new, there will be 10% restocking fee ($5 min).
    Customer should take care in packaging the items with proper care so that they are returned in new, saleable condition.
    Any returns received that are damaged, opened, or used will have a 10% restocking fee ($5 min).

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
