Rating + 1 Dr jekyll and mr hyde

Unit arrived DOA called newegg and was told since it was bought on market place i had to deal directly with audiodeals4you and was given there number. called them up and got a real nice fellow on the phone said they were sorry for my troubles and they wanted to make it right he asked me to include a copy of the packing slip which i did. A few days later i get a call from a guy telling me he was no mind reader and what did i expect him to do when i did not send him any info, no packing slip then demanded to know what was wrong with the eq in the first place well to make a long story short i told him i did send it and he said "LET ME CHECK WITH THE GUY WHO OPENED IT" are you kidding me ! then he comes back with the packing slip. I asked him for an apology for calling me a liar he denied mistreating me then hung up. I will never give this Nady any of my money again will you.

Seller Response:I resent James another GEQ-131 for free not requiring him to send back the unverified "defective" unit which was tested by quality control prior to shipping. On top of another free GEQ-131, I also sent him a DKW-1 GT wireless guitar system for free, a $60 value. In total this sale was a complete loss of over $139.98 + reputation even with attempts to satisfy the customer. The item was only $39.99 and I paid more than my fair share to save my reputation. James was very polite over the phone, but this response sounds like a competitive attack. James failed to contact me on NewEgg to resolve this problem.

I have the invoice for both shipments.

On January 10th, I sent him the a free replacement with courtey product with tracking UPS 1Z6R28060345667332
