Died after a few days. Delivered with inline mic falling apart. I squeezed the plastic shell back together. Poor sound quality while they lasted. JUNK.

Rating + 1 Poor Customer Service

I Purchased a Gaggia MDF Burr Grinder and the Gaggia Baby twin espresso machine. The products both came in as one shipped package and was able to setup and use them both the same day. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the Gaggia Baby Twin, because the steam wand hardly worked.

I contacted the supplier and told them about my problem, they responded that I would have to send it out to a Gaggia repair shop. At the time, I wanted to return the product, or at least exchange it for something else. Customer service replied that I could not exchange it for something else, and if I returned it would be 20% restocking fee which would be over $100 plus pay to ship it back. I responded that the item sent to me was basically delivered damaged/broken and should get a full refund. I sent the reply to them on 4/12/14 and never heard from them since, and today is 5/29/14.

Final thought..... this company only takes your money, then leaves you high and dry.

First, I received the wrong product. When I contacted the seller, they said they did not have the product that I ordered and would issue a refund. I had to email and call several times to finally receive a shipping label. The product was received back by them on 2/24/14. I was notified by newegg as of 3/6/14 that a refund would be issued in 2-5 business days. Not a good experience and I still don't have the refund or the item I wanted. Frankly, I am leery of ordering from newegg again. The seller said the item should not have even been listed as a product available from their store.

Rating + 2 Left plenty to be desired

I ordered 2 similar items from the seller at the same time, with 2 day shipping. Items were shipped separately and through different couriers for some reason (one UPS one FedEx). One item arrived 2 days after shipping, the other never arrived. After spending a week trying to get the seller to inform me about what was going on with my order, I finally was given the second tracking number which showed that the package had been delivered that day, although it never was. I tried to contact the seller about this, but never got a response. Will not be ordering through this seller again.
