Rating + 3 Battery does not charge upto 100%

Bought this battery as a replacement to the original battery. However, it charges only upto 59%. On contacting the buyer, I was told to calibrate the battery. After doing the same, the charge changed to 60%. I wrote back to the seller with the latest update and have not heard back after. We will continue to keep the battery, but I have made a note not to buy from this seller again. If the issue is with the calibration, why wasn't the battery calibrated before it was mailed out?

Rating + 1 Faulty battery

I received a battery that was a poor fit for my computer. Installing it caused a clip to be broken. The battery has a tendency to pop out. I am now stuck with ma barely usable laptop.

Rating + 1 Not so 'expert' after all

My battery didn't fit very snugly to my Toshiba C55-A5386. My laptop charged it, but shuts off when I try to use it. Reading the shipped battery CLEARLY indicates it's not a replacement for my laptop, despite the fact BT(Non)Expert sells it as such. Since I got it for the holidays and it's past 30 days, I'm sure I'm up ther creek. Will try someone else. Hope it's worth pocketing my money, BTExpert. DON'T GIVE THEM YOURS.

Rating + 2 Not Great....

I ordered a replacement laptop battery. The delivery time was longer than expected. I received the wrong battery. Communication (via email) with seller was quick, however, the responses I received were vague and unprofessional. Seller required that I pay for return shipping even though Seller sent the wrong item. I finally received the correct item. I will most likely never buy from this particular Seller through NewEgg again.

I'd give them 0 eggs if I could. They will not send you what you order, even after two tries. Avoid them like Ebola.

Rating + 1 Bad Customer Service!

Will not buy from this seller again or Newegg for that matter. I received the wrong battery and seller said I have to pay return shipping for something that was not my fault. Told Newegg about it and no help! They want me to take pictures send a tun of info. name rank and serial number! REALLY!

Rating + 5 Trustworthy seller!

So I made the mistake of not knowing there were 2 version of laptop power adapters for my Lenovo.

This company was super pro-active and called me to make sure that I was getting the right thing. As I accidentally ordered the wrong one they refunded me and I'm good to go!

To be fair, this just happened moments ago and I have not seen the paper trail to confirm the refund yet but I have no doubt that will be smooth sailing.

Anyway, I would most certainly order from these folks again!
I'll be extra careful next time however.
