over 3 weeks shipping, they did respond to my email 2 weeks in, and said 3 - 7 days.
had to wait the 7. such an oddball part, could be why

Rating + 1 SLOOOOOOOOW shipping

Very slow shipping. It seems like it took forever to get to me. I will never buy from this seller again. I also blame Newegg for not telling me that the shipment was going to be vis "slow boat from China". I mean that both figuratively and literally.

Rating + 1 After 30 Days and no items, asked NEWEGG to refund and cancel order

After 2 weeks I emailed Newegg to inquire about the shipment. Several days later I got an email from Baaqii (apparently prompted by Newegg), asking for patience; "the item was probably delayed by the mail service."
It's now past 30 days with no delivery and no communication from Baaqii. I have asked Newegg to cancel the order and refund my money.
Why Newegg would associate themselves with this company is a mystery to me.

I would NEVER recommend BAAQII to anyone.

Rating + 1 THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF NEWEGG!

I ordered a $5 product, it states 8=15 days on the page, it took over 2 m onths to receive, during that time I sent 5 email to vendor, all were ignored, including request for tracking information and request for refund. Had to get newegg involved, Newegg email them and CC me, the vendor ignored Newegg as well. Now I dont understand why newegg keeps terrible business such as this riding their coattails of greatest, but this is a unprofessional business, not to be trusted. Newegg had to offer to repay me, and the next day out of the blue, the product appears. a week after Newegg emailed them, I received the product, Im pretty sure if Newegg hadent contacted the vendor, I would have never got my product BUYER WARNED!

Rating + 2 seller was polite, i just wish they were less stubborn about giving me a refund on a defective item. a LITTLE trust on they're end would've been nice. newegg gave me the refund in the end.

item didnt work, seller wouldn't permit a refund after 5 or 6 email's, so i had to just go through newegg for the refund. they approved it. The seller May have allowed the refund, but after that many emails, and me asking for one Each time, I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time over a 7 dollar item. seller was nice, but Im not looking for nice, im looking for what i ordered , EXACTLY what i ordered, not kind of like, or close enough. I ordered a 2.5 & 3.5 eSATAp adapter, I got a cord, that was useless.and a week of trying to get a refund. if seller is reading, my feedback to You would be to just give the refund after a few attempts of correcting the problem. not 5 or 6 times. happy new year

i never received the item i ordered im just glad it was small. why do you use re sellers like this, i wont be using new egg again i would have been better off using anyone else but you thanks for stealing my money
