Item did not arrive on the day it was scheduled. Fed Ex never received it. When I called I was told they had no idea where it was but would send another. I was supposed to get an email giving me the new shipping details, and after a week nothing. So I called again and was told my order was cancelled and I was receiving a refund. Avoid at all costs

This experience sucked. If you want your product within a decent time frame, buy it else where. The shipping for a frog fuacet cover took over 3 weeks.

Most WORST seller ever!! I was suppose to recieve the package within 5-7 days and ended up not recieving anything in the mail. I tried contacting the seller the first time and no luck, the next day we tried calling again and the number has been disconnected. Never ever again will they be getting any business from us!!

I ordered my bedding from there almost 2 weeks ago, because they were one of the only sites that still had it, and I've been waiting and waiting, and it still didnt come, so I called them this morning to see where it was, and the lady said "oh, your order was cancelled, you money should be refunded because our inventory was off". No one bothered to call me or email me and let me know. so now I have no bedding, so i have to search the internet and hope somewhere else has it, and not for an arm and a leg. And, my emotions are so out of wack these days, that I've been crying my eyes out all morning. I'm so upset. Why couldn't someone email me or call? HORRIBLE customer service. I dont care if the inventory was wrong or not, Ive been waiting anxiously for 2 weeks, just to find out I'm not getting it.
