The backpack arrived promptly in a large package.
Price was a high, but I really wasn't expecting anything cheaper for a sports/camera backpack!

Shipping wasn't super-fast, but the backpack we ordered for Second Grade got here the night before school started, so it's all good. Packaging was reasonable (but the item didn't require much to keep it safe). Price is on the high side for this item, but not obscenely so (obviously, since I bought it... I'd rather Newegg get a cut than another large marketplace site which shall remain nameless, apparently).

Very nice and sturdy. LOTS of several smaller compartments for smaller items. EXPENSIVE! But very well built, should last for years, quality materials. Would have given a 5 star if not so costly, but if you want quality you have to pay the price.

Was very pleased with the item, but had to return the backpack because it was too big. Was kept informed at all times by Newegg and Bagking about my refund. The process was quick and painless.

    Return Information
    Bag King allows 45 days from the delivery date to return an unused item. All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unused with tags attached. If your item is defective, please refer to Damage / Warranty Information.

    Once Bag King receives the return item(s), a refund will be applied to your credit card for the price of the item and any taxes. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

    For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment such as FedEx or UPS.

    Damage / Warranty Information

    If your product fails within the first 60 days of purchase, Bag King will guarantee the product against manufacturer defects as long as the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions. This does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer to find out the length and specifics of their warranties.

    To return the damaged item(s) to Bag King, please submit a request. Please allow 1-2 business day(s) for your request to be processed. Bag King may ask for proof of damage in the form of a picture to help us verify your merchandise is covered under warranty. After the approval, Bag King will issue a prepaid return label. Once we receive the damaged product we will apply a refund to your credit card or, if you would like, send you a replacement.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
