Rating + 1 NOT Responsive to customers Shipped item anyway after canceling order 33 hours earlier. THEY DON"T LISTEN.

On 5-1-16 6:54AM Seller was closed I sent request to Cancel. CC not charege yet. @ 8AM in Monday they confirmed they got the e-mail, (Item still not charged) but at 4:05 PM charged my CC and shipped the item anyway. No I can't refuse the item because I work and ALL Carriers leave the item at your door without even knocking, as they well know so thanks for nothing I Will NEVER do business with your company again and I will make sure that I tell everyone to steer clear NOT Customer Friendly

Rating + 3 Fast shipping...of wrong item!

As titled, I purchased an APC RBC2 OEM Battery Item: 9SIA0ZX2C33024 through Newegg's Marketplace. The shipping was very fast as my APC UPS was down, but I received a generic ABC battery, instead of the APC OEM I purchased.

The battery return for refund was a lengthy very avoidable processes lasting from the day I received the battery and contacted them on March 12th, until refunded March 31st.

As I mentioned, my UPS was down and realizing the return processed was not moving along, I contacted Newegg CSR directly purchasing an APC OEM RBC2 from them and was up and running by March 25th, still waiting for the original battery return to complete.

The three eggs were for the very fast shipping.

Rating + 1 They sent me the wrong items. lost buisniess because of this and takes more than 2 weeks to fully proccess a return!?

I would have given a zero egg rating but looks like I cant.

I ordered the Gemini ES-15P active speakers from Newegg and triple checked that they were "active" speakers and not passive. Once I received my order they sent me passive speakers instead of active. thanks to this screw-up, I had to cancel an event that I was supposed to attend. I called customer service and they wouldn't even exchange them for the right ones and told me that the listing was wrong when it came to active and passive, also they told me all they carry are passives when the photos and heading of the item said active, so they removed the listing from Newegg. They are issuing me a full refund and now I have to wait 2-3 days for them to send me an email with the return label's, wait another 2-3 days for delivery, and another 2-3 days for them to issue me a refund! are you serious!? now I have to cancel another event thanks to them screwing up my order. Will never order from any outsourced vendors in Newegg, especially Beach Audio.

How are they supposed to take care of me that they claim they will? Don't really see any way unless they pay me for my two cancelled events witch I know won't happen.

Stay far, far away from BeachAudio! Zero customer service!

I ordered several items through Newegg Marketplace from BeachAudio ("BA"). BA's inventory system showed the items were in-stock. I placed order and then later found out BA has their own website, which ALSO showed items in-stock. Days later, after no shipping notification, I inquired via Newegg's mail/contact form system about shipping status of the item. No reply. I sent inquiry again, this time a Newegg rep looked into it because BA sent no response. Then BA refunded me. I messaged them asking "why", no reply.

My first and last experience with BA. I am sticking to Newegg's own store and elsewhere. BA was NOT a good experience for me. I would stay away. My 2 cents.

Rating + 4 Smooth Return Process

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and immediately contacted newegg to request cancellation. They advised me they sent a request to Beach Audio for cancellation, but told me it would be up to Beach Audio. Since I ordered on a Saturday evening, I figured that would be enough time to submit the request. They sent it anyway Monday morning. That was a little disappointing, but understandable. I immediately initiated a return process, and they emailed me back right away with confirmation and an RMA number. Shipping went smoothly, and it got here with plenty of time. Once the item arrived, the packaging was good, and I was able to verify I had received the item I ordered. I had to pay for return shipping, but since it was my mistake ordering, that was fine. I tracked the return's arrival back to Beach Audio, and waited 4 days before contacting them. I gave them the tracking number, and they confirmed they received it and issued the return. I rated this a 4 because it was a little annoying that the cancellation didn't go through and because I had to prompt them for the refund after the item arrived there, but the process was smooth, and the customer service really friendly. I would purchase again from them, but next time I'll ensure I order the right thing.

Got to me in a very timely (good) fashion - for being the cheapest way to send it by mail
Only con is that there's no tracking - But I did go with the cheapest :-D

TL;DR: Beach Audio plays shell games with tracking numbers, and their customer service representatives aren't helpful in sorting out your delivery, though it did work out in the end for me.

I did get exactly what I ordered, but getting there was fraught with peril. I ordered a TV from Beach Audio on a Thursday evening, after hours. Radio silence about shipment for two full business days, so I contacted them the following Monday evening. To their credit, the very next morning they responded and then added a UPS tracking number to the order so I saw when delivery was scheduled. I suppose receiving the first word about the shipment two full business days and a few hours after I placed the order isn't too bad.

The weirdness really started when I received a call later that day from a local shipping company I'd never heard of or done business with, asking to set up a delivery time for an item with an order number I'd never seen before (*not* the newegg order number). What happened to UPS? I *later* received a call from Beach Audio saying I could expect a call about scheduling delivery, but not specifying what company it would be from or what order number they might be using. Both of these calls went to voicemail. When I called Beach Audio back and talked to a customer service representative, they assured me the UPS tracking number was correct and I wouldn't need to schedule anything; I could just follow the delivery's progress and plan accordingly. After I hung up thinking the other call must have been about something else I'd ordered, I noticed that the UPS tracking number's destination was actually several towns over from where I live.

At this point I wasn't sure I was actually going to get my TV, so I called the unknown local shipping company back to get their side of the story. Sure enough, they had my TV and could deliver it any afternoon that week. We agreed on a 4 hour window the following day, and they promised they'd call 30 minutes before they showed up at my door. I don't work far from home, so I said to please do that and I would be home before they got there. Imagine my surprise when the call I received the following afternoon was the driver saying he was in front of my apartment. This isn't Beach Audio's fault directly, but they chose the shady, lying local shipping company. Anyway, I got to the driver as he was starting up his truck and leaving me a voicemail giving up on me, and it worked out ok, but it was not a pleasant experience at any step of the way.

They seem to have more 1-egg ratings than their summary would let on. Perhaps Beach Audio is ok for buying certain items (maybe smaller ones that don't need special shipment?) but I would definitely avoid them for big ticket items.

PS whatever package's UPS tracking number they gave me got delivered today. I hope somebody got something exciting! It definitely wasn't me.

the product was never shipped to me. i have told them to give me a refund, and still didn't get a refund or product. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Newegg please cut them out of your system .

In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
