It took two weeks to receive an SD card. I was not aware that USPS had a delivery that slow. For no more difference in cost, the single SD card could have been shipped first class. Totally disgusted with Beach Audio and their choice of shipping methods.

Item shipped quickly, got here quickly... Albeit with a very large hole in the box, leaving it up to no one's imagination what's inside... Asked the delivery person, they said it came like that. Luckily the product box inside was still sealed and the item works like a dream, exactly what I wanted.

Please note that Seller Beach Audio was not the issue (rated poorly) it's as a company. They shortened my quantity order and do not do backfill at all!

Rating + 1 Shipped fast, but packed pooly

I ordered a set of 50 name badges from Beach Audio through Newegg. the delicate cardboard box was shipped in a Tyvek bag. When I received it, the box of the name badges was destroyed and the contents (including the paper badges which need to run through a laser printer) were crumpled up in the bag. A lousy packing job destroyed the product they were shipping. I have no more time before my event and will have to try to make them work. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to common sense.
Seller Response:We definitely apologize about any inconvenience that this may have caused, you should not have received the merchandise in that condition. We have issued a refund in full for the unit that you have received that is damaged. There is no need to return the merchandise at this time. Please discard the merchandise if you can't use them. If you are happy with the resolution, please feel free to remove the review. If you have any other concerns please let us know.

They use UPS Mail Innovations. What this means is that it's cheaper for them to send you a package, but it also means the package will never actually arrive at your location. Don't bother wasting your money.

I paid for a new item but received a damaged item that was in a box that had been opened previously. Seller replaced the item so that's good.

    Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
