Rating + 1 Ships from where???

Ordered from Beach Audio because they are located in SoCal, and they claimed to have the item in stock (and charged me sales tax), so I figured I would get my package within a day or two tops. Then I get the tracking information, and the package is being shipped from Warrendale, PA. Really?

I will not do business with Beach Audio again.

Rating + 1 Not a reliable seller

I have to say this seller is suck. I'm not supposed to give them even 1 star. I ordered the other one Transcend SSD card with this item since a week ago, and that SSD card never get shipped. So I emailed an inquiry to the seller, they don't reply. Then next day, the pending order item got removed from my newegg order history and not even to notify me this cancellation before they delete the pending order item. I called Newegg, Newegg let me call the seller directly. And I call Beach Audio, they say Newegg is the one who removed this pending to ship item from my order history. However, no one wants to take this responsibility for dropping the ball. And obviously they don't care about their customers at all.

Rating + 3 Shipping problems, but so far, courteous customer support

The package I ordered initially about a month ago still hasn't arrived due to a shipping error of some variety. Whether the blame lies with UPS or Beach Audio, I don't know, though UPS is conducting an EXTRAORDINARILY long investigation that has yet to complete.

On the bright side, my interactions with their customer support (someone named "Stephanie") has been very straightforward and courteous, and they were actually the ones to contact UPS about the problem.

To my knowledge, the UPS inquisition is still ongoing. I was contacted by them once by phone (receiving no useful or interesting information) and haven't heard anything since. Since Beach Audio's customer service has been so helpful, I may contact them again for a status update.

Overall: A little peeved about still not having the package, but at least their customer service seems to be on the ball.

Rating + 1 Oops! Ouch! Sigh.....

The K-cup substitute filter/insert does not work as represented: the coffee passes thought the screen filter, rendering the brewed coffee undrinkable.

Rating + 1 Bad Packaging

Their packaging is a joke. A spindle of BD-R's arrived in an oversized box with a single deflated air cushion on ONE side. The spindle had a full inch to move around the box on all sides. At a minimum the spindle should be cushioned on all sides. Hello, scratches.

Rating + 5 Beach Audio is great!

Beach Audio never lets me down!! I bought a pair of ear buds for 30$ and change from them,but my dog chew them up. They still work great!! If I see a item that I want and it's from Beach Audio I will buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!

Rating + 1 Incorrect listing, Order No 179631139

Wrong item was shipped. Via email I notified cust svc but received no reply. Called cust svc and was told the item was never in stock and was listed incorrectly (item was and still is shown available on web site). Attempted to exchange for correct item but cust svc refused and said would issue an RMA. No RMA was forthcoming so contacted via email for explanation and received no response.

Called cust svc second time for RMA. Item has been returned but no credit has been refunded. Will have to call again to find status of refund (now I know better than to rely on email).

Will not use again.

Rating + 1 You fight to get a refund

I have fought with this seller for over 4 months to get a refund for a product that was returned unopened. I even called and told them I ordered the wrong item 2 hours after the purchase to only be told that the item was already shipped out and there was no way for them to have ups return the package to them. Called ups and they said they could have returned the package to the sender if asked to do so by the sender. Mind you I did pay for shipping for this product so it's not like they would have been the ones out of anything. If you order from this company you should pray that you don't have ANY problems with ANYTHING that you buy from them other wise you will be on a waiting a VERY long time for something that should be so SIMPLE to accomplish. It's called customer satisfaction. Without it you have a 1 star like this one and many more who will not order from a company that has no business doing business online.

Rating + 1 Check the authenticity before you buy

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! FAKE!
I check the serial number of my really expensive monster headphone and find it fake on monster's website. I request a full refund of this fake whatever it is. Beach Audio should have asked me to pay the freight and 15% restocking fee. I contact them again and no response any more!

Include your order number, serial number on the product (if applicable), the reason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factory sealed.     Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
