Rating + 1 What a nightmare!

Described product as OEM but arrived as generic. Taking forever to process return (still waiting). Sales rep acts dumb and I had to be constantly on his case to get process moving. Save yourself some grief and stay away from them! Newegg will do well to dump them.

Rating + 1 Horrible Seller

Beach Audio sent me the wrong product. Took days to approve RMA and send pre-paid label. Then once I returned the product, they are taking weeks to refund my money. Don't buy from them. NewEgg rocks but my first experience with Marketplace vendors was horrible with Beach Audio.

Rating + 2 Not big on customer service

Item was shipped quickly and worked for a month. I tried RMA with Beach through Newegg and received NO reply, not even to tell me to go right to Kingston and RMA through Manufacturer. Which I did.
KIngston Was terrific. They received the device on Friday and I received new device next Tuesday.
If you buy through 3rd party on the Egg. Beware, they don't handle things they way you might expect

Rating + 2 Accessory Power Enhance Weather Forecasting Station & Digital Alarm Clock

Light is way too bright for use in a dark bedroom. Barometric indicators across the bottom are not even close to correct. They also set there and blink all the time after cycling through all indicators every five minutes or so.

Rating + 4 Shipment tracking difficult or confusing

Product and price were fine, but I was confused by the fact
tracking works differently for them (or perhaps any 3rd party
seller) than it does for NewEgg-sold products. The tracking
number emailed to me was simply a number, not a link, without any
information as to which carrier it was for. Even Google was confused
by that number. It finally turned out to be USPS (US Postal Service).
Just having that information would have saved a bit of anxiety during
the long wait for delivery, but this should be an easy fix and I've
already suggested that to NewEgg customer service. We'll see!

    If you need to return an item, please visit http://www.beachaudio.com/returns.php to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) or email us at returns@beachaudio.com. Include your order number, serial number on the product (if applicable), the reason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factory sealed. We will then email you the RA# and Returns Address. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Please note that orders returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

    Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
