Rating + 1 Don't bother

Ordered some GoPro mounts from them at the beginning of December thinking almost a month would give them plenty of time to get it to me before christmas. No tracking info was ever given and I never received any package. Currently awaiting them to respond to newegg Customer Support for a refund. It was a semi important gift. Never ordering something thru a newegg 3rd party seller again.

I bought a selfie stick for cameras and they sent me a whistle and now newegg is taking FOREVER to solve this... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I am giving one star because there is no option of giving none.

Rating + 1 Wrong item was sent by third party.

I ordered an automotive car camera and I was sent a chrome whistle. Definitely not what I ordered! Newegg was good about helping me, but the third party who shipped the wrong item has not credited me or contacted me for a return! They were supposed to contact me within 48 hours. It has now been 5 days. Very dissatisfied!

Rating + 1 Please avoid this seller.

This seller will only respond to a RMA request if bad feedback is posted about them. When they do respond, it is with broken english and require you to go through endless unnecessary hoops to get a product returned until you are past the RMA period. I'm glad I only got burned for ~$10.00. It looks like other people were not so lucky.

Rating + 2 earbuds for D9

I ordered 4 earbuds and one of them came with the rubber ear piece missing and the little mini speaker hanging out of the housing by its wires. The other three earbuds work fine. They seem to fit in my ears without pain or difficulty. However, going by my experience, you have a 25% chance of ending up with something less than desirable.

I contacted the seller because they sent me a bogus tracking number with my order. I've been waiting approximately 1 week for them to respond, and haven't heard a peep. As of right now I don't know if my purchase actually shipped or if they took my money and ran. Will never buy from again.

I expected delays coming from China. OK, charging my credit card before shipping, I can see. But, charging my card 2 1/2 weeks before delivery, a week after the order was placed.
I requested status and was notified my order was at the post office in Detroit. If it was, it wasn't put in the mail for several days.

The product is as expected, works well and was priced right, so no complaints there.
My only qualm is no communications, not only with me the buyer but with Newegg as well, as best I can tell. Newegg still lists no data other than 'shipped'.
I love Newegg and the great products with prices. This suppler only needs to inform the buyer what is going on. They are as bad as my health insurance company's pharmacy... Sigh.
