Ordered a cat tree from them and the quality was outstanding. Shipping was extremely fast. Newegg should be proud to have them in the marketplace. BTW the same cat tree would have cost me 200 more at any pet store.

Rating + 1 Missing Part

On May 6, i reported to seller that cat tree had arrived missing a perch. On May 12, they responded, saying it was being shipped and would arrive in 5-7 business days (but providing no shipping information). On May 27, I reported that the missing perch (without which the product is useless) had not arrived, and requested tracking information.
They have not bothered to reply.

I ordered accidentally, and immediately requested in 3 channels to cancel it in less than 10 minutes, I used chat, I sent them msg, I sent newegg msg.

AND they charged me and sent me anyway!

Rating + 5 Ionic Air Purifier / Ionizer

I have bought and ordered not 1 but 2 of these - this review being after the 2nd one was ordered. I can not say enough good things about this product! The air smells fresh and great - like when a refreshing rain comes through. Good price for what it does.

My only regret - it does take out that fresh Christmas tree odor that I love, but it is a small price to pay! Pretty speedy delivery (2nd shipment was even faster!)

Rating + 3 some assembly required

I like the product. It was cheaper than the Porter Cable model, and arrived promptly. It looks like it will do the job I need done. The only thing is, it came with a wrench and a screwdriver and no instructions. This wasn't a problem for me, and I think for most contractors, but buyer beware -- they didn't mention it, but there is some assembly required.

Rating + 1 received a cracked mirrior and never got an RMA after submit an app for a week.

When i open the package, the mirrior was cracked. The packing isn't great because they didn't put enough protection on the mirror. I sent the RMA request for a week and never got a feedback. . Are they gonna ignore me and i lost over $100 bucks for this sh-itty item.

RMA Policy
    Return Policy (for items within the 60 day warranty):

    • All items may be returned for any reason within 60 days. All items may receive a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, or a partial refund should the item become defective within 60 days of the purchase date.

    • If an item is received damaged, defective, or not received please contact us via email at or call us at (844) 948-8400 within 7 day of receipt to submit a claim for a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, a partial refund or full refund of purchase price. Best Choice Products may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.

    • All returned items will not be charged a restocking fee. Items returned must be in their original packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number which will be given by a Best Choice Products customer service representative when the return request is submitted.

    • All returns are shipped back to a Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense; however, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label via email if the return is a result of our error. Please note that it is at the company’s discretion to decide if the item may be returned to a Best Choice Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment timeframe is based on product availability.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
