Rating + 4 I might pass on these guys

They are based in China as you may have figured out by now. I ordered on May 6 and took delivery (in TX) on May 19. That's one day shy of a full 2 weeks. Not bad considering it's from China!
They packaged the R/C remote controller in a plastic bag. Yep, that's it. A plastic bag. The box arrived battered and squished. I haven't put batteries in yet to see if it works but somehow it appears to be in good physical shape.
I'm not sure I'd trust my money (and time) buying product from a vendor who has such a lackadaisical attitude toward packaging their products.

Rating + 1 Slow Shipping, Bad packaging

The package took over a week to leave china, and did not update its location till it was all ready on its way to the next (5 stops in all) depot. The box was damaged due to its shipping bag (instead of a box). The boom it self was in good condition, but it's shorter then I envisioned, and the plastic piece used to connect a STANDARD microphone connection has sloppy threads, had to use tape to thicken the post to give it a more secure fit.

Newegg doesn't tell you theyre in China and that you can wait 3 weeks for a DOA product

Shipping, came from China / area, Took 3 weeks to get it.
Ordered it on 3-11-15, got it on 4-2-15, (USA, Mich.)

OK Co to order from. Iv had worse. there is another Package from China diff CO., been 6 weeks still waiting...

Rating + 5 Hard Drive Bay Works!

The hard drive bay works and the cost was way lower then anyone else. Lenovo doesn't even offer this product for my specific laptop and when I tried to get the part from them I went through a lot of hassle dealing with incorrect parts that don't work with my specific model and returning the item back to them. This product gave me no problems except that I couldn't view the tracing information when it was shipped. But it arrived with in 10 or so business days.
