Fast delivery and good packaging. My order came in but it did not fit. I emailed them about the part and got response right away. They double check to make sure they sent me the part that was listed on NewEgg and Yes, it was the correct part that I ordered. But some how my cooling fan case couldn't fit the new fan into it. BestChoice offered to refund my money. Excellent customer service.

It has been a month since I placed my order for a USB recorder and I still haven't received it. My order reads "shipped" but I received no tracking number and no estimate of delivery date. I understand that shipment from China takes a while, but this should be made more clear in the ordering process. Overall, a disappointing experience with BestChoice.

for this price I was not expecting the plastic to be a sturdy as the original and every thing fits together really well. I only have one con for this product and its so small that it does not really effect my rating for it. If you want to use the original 360 controller's start and back buttons you will need some sand paper to slightly increase the hole size. Without it its a really tight fit, but the buttons it comes with work without a problem.

Rating + 4 Hardware is fine, software needs work

My "FS3-P USB Triple Foot Switch Pedal Control" was shipped promptly. The hardware is fine and works as it should. The plastic feels a bit flimsy.

The "Foot Switch V6.5.2" software is adequate, but needs work. Several fields are clipped or partially covered. In particular, the Shift key checkbox is obscured. The Shift option can be enabled, but you cannot see if it is enabled. The Clear button needs to be clicked before configuring each foot switch, otherwise the Shift modifier is applied to the existing definition. (I wanted a Shift key command, not a Shift+A command.) The software is limited: The Shift and Control modifiers are only sent as left-key commands. I had hoped to differentiate between left and right shift keys, but that is not possible.

I bought this item specifically for the "Elite: Dangerous" to expand my joystick buttons via Shift and Control keys. It works as intended and I no longer have to reach for the keyboard while maneuvering with the joystick.

Rating + 4 I might pass on these guys

They are based in China as you may have figured out by now. I ordered on May 6 and took delivery (in TX) on May 19. That's one day shy of a full 2 weeks. Not bad considering it's from China!
They packaged the R/C remote controller in a plastic bag. Yep, that's it. A plastic bag. The box arrived battered and squished. I haven't put batteries in yet to see if it works but somehow it appears to be in good physical shape.
I'm not sure I'd trust my money (and time) buying product from a vendor who has such a lackadaisical attitude toward packaging their products.

Rating + 1 Slow Shipping, Bad packaging

The package took over a week to leave china, and did not update its location till it was all ready on its way to the next (5 stops in all) depot. The box was damaged due to its shipping bag (instead of a box). The boom it self was in good condition, but it's shorter then I envisioned, and the plastic piece used to connect a STANDARD microphone connection has sloppy threads, had to use tape to thicken the post to give it a more secure fit.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
