I happened to read the negative reviews about this seller AFTER I ordered my keyboard. I'll admit I was nervous but I have to say my order was here in a matter of days. Even faster than the rest of my order direct from Newegg. Thanks so much!

I bought a set of steelseries headphones for 98.99 plus the insurance a total of 119.92.It was advertised with 7.1 surround all I got was the standard headset so I sent them back now he charged me a restocking fee. The advertisement showed the 7.1 sound processor with it He even sent the wrong box .So he only gave me back a total of 105.07. As a matter of a fact he was false advertisement I Think he should be sued ,Cause if he can steal from me ,I think I can steal from him . Not a very happy person. He just sent me the standard Head set >> Now really

Rating + 1 Do not buy from BigDigital

Put it simply, I bought an iPad cover - it never showed up, they never replied to my inquiries. I basically gave them money for absolutely nothing. They are not in the US, so they don't care about you or your complaints. I am a little disappointed at Newegg for allowing them to be on their marketplace. I buy electronics exclusively from Newegg, but this is making me reconsider... They need to have a "zero" egg option for ratings.

I can't give this zero eggs but I never received my product, and the business is extremely shady. The only phone number for these people is a Tacoma one that's unlisted and goes straight to a voicemail, and they don't answer emails. Don't buy from BigDigital, they're worthless and the good reviews on this are seldom and paid.

Rating + 5 Shipping Was Fast

My Hyper 212 Evo came in very quickly and even beat my order from Newegg. 4 days in shipping time when 5 - 15 was the estimated time. I don't know about the other customers experiences but I love this company. Would buy from again.

I wish I could rate lower. This company is fake and now I'm going to eat $50 thanks to them. A week after I placed the order, nothing had happened. I emailed them demanding my card not be charged and that they cancel the order. Immediately after the email was sent, the card was charged. Never again, if you read this, please pass this along to the authorities.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This seller has single handedly turned me off of Newegg. I purchased an item on 11/30/14. It is now 1/29/15 and I still have not received the item. I do get that it was an over seas company. I also noted the "15 day shipping". I was supposed to be for a Christmas present and that's why I ordered it a month in advance. I waited until the 20th of January to contact Newegg where they have been less than helpful. They inform me that I need to contact the seller and to have a great day. Isn't that why I purchase from Newegg, for the customer service? If they don't have that, I can order from A**zon which is mostly cheaper. I have a prime account and the shipping is always cheaper and faster. I have been purchasing from Newegg for about 10 years now and this one seller could have ended this for good.

If you enjoy wasting your time or testing your patience, this is the company to go to. Takes 5 business days to invoice a simple fan and then takes what almost feels like an eternity to ship.

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
