My phone came in perfect condition. Everything worked perfectly. Phone looks brand new. Would have liked to have received a few days sooner, but overall very happy with my phone. Would definitely do it again.

Rating + 1 Worst Online Experience Ever

I bought a refurbished PS3 from BigOutlet through Newegg.
The purchase went fine, delivery was quick. The PS3 would not work, at all.
I had to deal with BigOutlet direct to arrange return/refund. It took several calls over two weeks to get a return authorization. I called a week later to confirm they got it, they did.
Upon their receipt of the PS3, it took several more calls to get a refund.
In the end I had to find my original Newegg order number for them to do the refund. They didn't have it/ lost it/ didn't enter it into return file.
Will never order from BigOutlet OR any other outside dealer through Newegg and may never buy from Newegg. This was a terrible experience.

Rating + 1 Got refurbished product when I expected a new item.

When I purchased this item I was expecting a new and unopened product. There were not any mentions of this product being refurbished or used. If it was stated as being refurbished I would have never purchased this item. Maybe if it was listed as used. The day I received the product I went on newegg and saw it changed as being a refurbished product. This was not listed when i bought it. I feel i was deceived and I am hugely disappointed in Newegg. As for the ps3 there were numerous scratches on the top and front and the system had to be restarted as it crashed an hour after turning it on.
Seller Response:I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the product you purchased. There must have been a listin error, becase all of our products for the most part are refurbished. What can we do to make this situation right?

    Refurbished items are covered by a 90 day manufacturer warranty from date of receipt by the customer. New goods typically have a 1 year warranty. Should you have any issues immediately on receipt, please contact us within 14 days through newegg and we will arrange an immediate replacement of the received item at no cost to you.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
