Order was fulfilled promptly and without issue.

1 of the items delivered was defective, but they quickly issued an RMA. They even reimbursed me shipping charges when I was unable to use their prepaid label.

Will do business with them in the future.

so in my venture to replace the batteries in my APC ups I noticed that all the replacements are 7A batteries and not 9A.

Until this guy offers 9.0A and for the same price as lesser quality, plus a warranty, ships from the USA and they even answer the phone and talk to you if you need more info.

This seller is Grade "A" which is hard to find these days.

The order was shipped to an entirely different city and I can't seem to get any help other than to call another company other than Newegg. Don't order from affiliates as you run the risk of not getting your order.

they like to send backorder notices right after order confirmations and payment confirmations

my product shows shipped my money has been taken yet i get a backorder notice saying it wont be in stock for over a month

if its on backorder how can it be "shipped"

do not order from this from someone else

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
