Rating + 1 Bad experience

I was on a time constraint for a part that needed replacing. The seller listed the item at an amazing price and in stock. After placing my order, It took a week to get a refund with no explanation as to why. I can only guess that they listed the item incorrectly and refused to honor the purchase. Again... I received no correspondence explaining the refund.

Rating + 1 Dissatisfied with Big Time Battery & Electronics

Battery shipped did not match my order or the enclosed packing slip (7ah ordered, 7.5ah battery delivered and F1 connectors ordered F2 connectors delivered). I researched the error and determined that a 7.5ah battery could be used, but I needed new connectors. Seller did not answer my emails reliably and shipped me the wrong connectors. After a final attempt to get the correct connector sent to me (seller not responsive), I gave up and bought the connectors at a retail store. I cannot recommend Big Time Battery & Electronics for reliability or customer service.

Photo and description clearly stated it would be a Bosch O.E.M. battery. I received an obvious brand"X" battery.
You correctly assume I won't mail it back (costs $ 6.00 or so), but you can only defraud me once. Jim S.

Rating + 1 VERY DISAPPOINTED

It took over 6 weeks to receive a Bosch battery. We were sent the email that said the battery had shipped and it wasn't received until 6 weeks later. They even gave us a tracking number that gave us NO information. And NEWEGG, when we spoke with their customer service rep told us that we had to go directly to the actual vendor. That was disappointing since it is a vendor that they use, we had hoped that they would want to jump on them and find out why the product wasn't shipped, since we are a pretty loyal NEWEGG customers. Still are. I hope that NEWEGG will reconsider their relationship with this company. Their customer service is not up to NEWEGG standards.
Seller Response:Customer was emailed backorder status on 1/2/14. No response, so order was confirmed and placed on backorder.
Item was shipped as soon it was available.

First, In defense of Newegg, I was reimbused by Newegg with no RMA requirement. They also indicated they will address the matter with seller further.
Seller substituting generic black Titan batteries for the B&D Gold batteries I ordered and expected.
Hopefully, this review, unlike my previous scathing, unabashed one, gets posted.

Rating + 1 Cheap clone - dead battery

This battery was described as a Yuasa battery. It is NOT a Yuasa battery. It is a cheap clone that doesn't work at all. After fully charging the battery, it would barely crank my motorcycle. When I tried to recharge it, the "charge" light wouldn't even come on. The battery is completely dead. The connection mechanism is also very poorly designed. I need to connect the leads to the front of the battery, but they only supply a nut that you must hold inside a large open area. It's extremely difficult to do. I can understand how a bad battery might occasionally slip through -- but misrepresenting a no-name clone as a Yuasa battery is fraudulent.
