Ordered a 2 pak battery on May 21 and it was shipped out from there facility on May 28 received on May 30 and only 1 battery shipped out .Called on Saturday and was told by one on the workers that it will be at my house on Tuesday June 2. Never happened it was delivered on the 3 .Almost 2 weeks to receive item.
Bad customer relations .
Good price on product.

Rating + 2 Seller replaced order with lower quality item

Ordered battery that came with 2 year warranty.
Several days later seller calls me to say that despite showing the battery in stock at the time of purchase, they do not have battery in stock but could send me another , lesser, brand that not only costs less but also has less warranty, but that they would credit my credit card for the difference. Feeling caged, I agreed to the substitution. Unfortunately, not only did I have to settle for the lesser product, but I never received the credit to my card for switching to the lesser battery.
I'm feeling a bit bait and switched.

I purchased these for my APC 1500 as described in the product description. They are not recognized by the APC UPS 1500 and won't charge. Sent 2 RMA requests to seller and a request to Newegg. No response. Won't do business again with this seller.

    Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items.     To exchange an item by mail, fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want sent. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item name, color, size, and so on. Then enclose the invoice with your return.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
