Blair Technology Group is a computer refurbishing and re-marketing company. We specialize in commercial grade equipment procured from government institutions and corporations across the US and Canada. This equipment is brought to our facility in Northern Kentucky, where our staff processes over 60,000 units a year.

Our refurbishing process is the engine that drives our success. Our mission is to provide customers with the highest level of quality at the lowest possible cost. We leave no stone unturned, as we meticulously restore each machine into a product that we are proud to put our name on.

Rating + 1 can I give them less than 1 egg?

when they make a mistake, you pay for it.

I bought a used laptop, advertised as win7 32bit. but it arrived with 64bit, and is unusable for my xp legacy appl.

either I get the RMA and ship it back (at my expense) or they send me a new os with good key code (last key code failed).

but the phone tag was more annoying. you can't do a return via email. you have to call them, leave your info, and wait for them to call you back. -who does that?

plus its a day delay on every contact.

I would not recommend them... at all.

Machine arrived with defective hard drive. Tried to contact seller but no response except for an email promising to get back to me. I am still waiting (3 days later). Had to call NewEgg to straighten things out and get RMA moving.

Rating + 1 Dell Refurb Not as advertised

The Refurbished Dell Precision T3400 I purchased was supposed to include a 120 GB SSD and a 120 GB hard drive. It was delivered without the hard drive and although NewEgg contacted the refurbisher on my behalf, and the refurbisher agreed to the mistake and said that they would send the missing hard drive, I still have not received it 2 weeks later. I will not buy from this refurbisher again!

Rating + 3 Skeptical

The CPU is in fair condition with scratches and pieces coming up; the DVD drive wouldn't eject until I took a paperclip to open it up. I won't buy from this company again. Guess I get what I pay for....but hoping this computer will last to serve its purpose for my 5 year old twin daughters.

Rating + 1 Fooled me once..but not again

After getting the laptop I find out that the battery is shot and not under warranty, so I'm stuck with buying a new one. I would've never bought under this condition. Way to deceive the customer Newegg/Blair.

Rating + 2 Finally got it

We ordered a refurbished Dell computer through Newegg from Blair Technology Group. The first one we received was damaged by UPS, the second one sent to replace it was the wrong computer Wrong processor, wrong HD size and wrong OS. After many calls to them we finally received the correct computer.

RMA Policy
    Customers wishing to return and item must contact our customer service department and submit an RMA form. The refund period is 30 days after invoice. Returns after the initial 30 day period will be for replacement only.
RMA instructions
