Rating + 3 Very good product, strange, un-optimized included software

The mouse that I purchased from A4tech is a wonderful mouse, it looks great, feels great, and works great. The software and website that A4tech provided however, are rather strange. It is very plain to see that English is not the first language of the software developer, because some of the phrases are strange and don't make much sense. For the most part the English is good enough to understand, but in the included bloody software and even the manual, it seems that a very tiny amount of information is actually trying to be communicated. Parts of the software are left wholly unexplained, and while I eventually could figure out what everything did, it was an annoyance. This is a very small gripe, overall, I was very happy with my product, how it arrived, and how it worked. I will most likely purchase A4tech mice again provided that they continue selling very good hardware at a good price.

Rating + 1 1 x A4Tech G800V Anti-Ghosting 8-Key Rollover USB PC Gaming Keyboard with Wide Palm Rest

I wanted to like the keyboard because I really did like all the programmable buttons it had everywhere. There's like 16 of them!

The problem for me was the orange keys (mostly the A,S, &D) would stick almost every time you pressed them. I tried removing the orange part thinking they might just be covers over the regular keys but no luck there. I also tried wedging something between the keys (just a little bit) and seeing if that might separate them a little bit, but no luck there either. I used the keyboard for about six weeks like that being really irritated by it most times I used it until last night when I couldn't take the thing anymore and ripped it out and hummed it into the next room. lol

Nothing against you guys as the seller. I guess my gripe would be with the designer of the keyboard or the manufacturer. anyway, if anyone is reading this and thinking about buying this keyboard, I would steer clear of it.

Return Instruction
