Rating + 1 worst EVER!!!

I ordered a birthday present for my brother the second week in April, and not only did he NOT receive it, but the 3 times I contacted customer service , they were completely rude, and had no answers, knowledge or advice, as to how I should go aabout getting a refund. The last girl I spoke did actually say that they received the package and I should receive my refund "soon" but couldn't tell me when. And yes, I'm still waiting on that. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the company and their horrible customer service. I will never order from this company and I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this site and company!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

Rating + 1 Poor Communication and Service

I ordered two ink cartridges. I received on cartridge with a packing list that indicated both were in the box. I waited for 2 weeks in case these items were shipping separately and when I contacted the seller via email they asked for documenting pictures. Pictures of what? I advised them there was no reason for a photo - I ordered 2 items and was only shipped one.

Then they emailed me back the next day that item was 'out of stock' at the time of shipment and they did not know when it would be available. What a horrible mess of communication.

NOT the service I have grown to love from NewEgg. In the future I will only order directly from NewEgg!

Rating + 1 New, but dead battery

Bought a brand new battery. Wont hold a charge past 15 minutes. I have a laptop from 2006 with a battery better than this one. Though the service and arrival of the battery was quick, the quality of the product was simply a let down.

    RMA Policy

    Brainydeal Store offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

    By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
    Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

    Basic Criteria:
    All returns must include the following:
    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Basic Policy
    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be requested within (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Brainydeal will refund the amount of sale.

    (2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.

    (3) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item is defective/ damaged. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    (4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
