Shipped my order postage due. I refused. DENIED they have done this. Obviously using any online shipping Service ---they can check. Returned to them by the post office (at no charge to them as undeliverable). I believe they mis-priced the item used this trick as ploy to not lose money. Reputable seller would've stepped up and checked records and made it right. No effort to do so. I did get refund. Business is dilapidated looking warehouse in Los Angeles. English appears to be a second language for the seller. Appear to be hucksters. I could be wrong. But I don't think so.

I order 3 things from newegg at the same time all from independent sellers. I received my wall mount from Bundlecity 5 business days before anything else. VERY fast shipping, and a fantastic product. thank you very much ! :)

Had to return a bluetooth ear piece via Bundlecity and called them directly instead of using NewEgg's form. As they did not actually stock the item, there was difficulty obtaining a RMA from the manufacture via Bundlecity. Thankfully, the employee I dealt with, Moses, had me mail him the bluetooth ear piece and he, in turn, physically returned it to the manufacture. Of course this all took a bit longer than it probably should have, but thanks to Moses assistance and great customer service, I received a refund that was posted to my bank today.

Rating + 1 Returns are slow and a major process to complete. BEWARE.

I ordered stands and decided they wouldn't work. It took weeks to get a RA. Once I gt the RA, I shipped it out the next day and did pay for the shipping myself. The product was received over 1 week ago and the credit has still not posted to my account. Buyer Beware.

Rating + 5 BundleCity/NewEgg RMA service is Excellent

BundleCity/NewEgg handled a RMA for a RV dual voltage TV that had picture problems with no hassle. They conducted a very fast examination of the returned item and credited funds to my Visa account. Add to that free return shipping and you can't beat that kind of customer service.

RMA Policy
    You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BundleCity, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. To receive a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer must first contact Bundle City, Inc. to obtain a Return Authorization. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a Return Authorization.

    For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 30 days of delivery (a 10% restocking fee may apply).

    Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may return it for a refund or credit within 30 days as follows:

    Product must be in original condition.
    Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
    Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery date through a "traceable means" (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX)
    All components and manuals must be returned.
    A credit or refund will be issued for returned products, minus delivery charges.
    Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

    Items that are Not Returnable:
    BundleCity, Inc. does not accept returns of the following items:

    Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
    Gift certificates.
    Orders Returned After 7 Days:
    BundleCity, Inc. will not issue any refunds or exchanges for products returned after 30 days of delivery.

    If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of the item. If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price minus delivery charges once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

    Store Credit:
    For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 7 days of delivery (a 15% restocking fee will apply).
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
