According to the website the phones were supposed to work with T-mobile but they only worked on certain towers. I have since returned them with a tracking number and signature required and have been waiting for a refund for 9 days and counting. Be sure to use tracking and signature. I had to send them the tracking number so they could find the package in their warehouse. I emailed them the tracking number 3 times and told them who the carrier was ...USPS then had to explain what USPS was. (United States Postal Service). Good luck. Ended up buying my phones from T-Mobile for 100 bucks more but wow what a difference in cell service and customer service. Hopefully this review wont slow my refund down anymore than it already is. They said 4 more days. Ugh.

Confused and Annoyed

Rating + 1 Garbage Product, Garbage Service

I Ordered an LG 34UM65 Black 34" 21:9 monitor on 7/06/15, today is now 7/29/2015. When the unit showed up, very excited, and then quickly deflated as the unit had a damaged screen. Quickly called Newegg, who pawned it off to another seller. I then hung up and called that seller, who didn't get back to me for 2-3 days. I am STILL with out a return label, and they want me to work something out with UPS instead of just issuing me a RMA # and shipping label. This is a big reason why I purchase 9/10 items from @mazon. If there is a product issue, I have UPS/FedEx to my door next day for pick up and I am on my way to having the issue resolved. I will not be buying from this seller ever, and my confidence in Newegg is GREATLY shaken. I mean, c'mon Newegg, follow @mazon's example and take care of the customer first and foremost!!!

Return Instruction

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
