Rating + 1 Can Not Get Support

I ordered these credit card swipers many times in the past for PC and they have worked just fine. I see that they also work for Mac and ordered two more for a company convention coming up. I received them and plugged them in and can not get them to work. I tried contacting CE Compass Support multiple different ways and have had no response. I have also tried searching on how to fix this on my own with no success. I have still not been able to get these to work for my MAC and need to now find another solution before our convention in two weeks.

Order took just over a week to arrive. But it arrived in good condition. Took off a point because the item should have been accompanied by a packaging slip. But will do business again if the occasion should arise.

Rating + 1 wrong product sent and newegg drops the ball

I received the wrong product for which I contacted Newegg. I was asked to send the documentation including pictures to the service rep and Newegg which I didi.

I never heard back from her and contacted her to follow up twice and no response. Bad customer service sending the wrong product and horrible follow up by newegg.

Rating + 5 good microphone, good seller

I received it in 24 hours by USPS priority mail, I live in Riverside county California.

at remote mode, the microphone is able to cancel some environmental noise
at normal mode, it can record clear sound.

a XLR cable that comes with it is good,
a 6.3mm female to 3.5mm male adapter that comes with it poorly made, recommend to buy a other good one, or even a 90 Degree Right Angled adapter for your digital camera to prevent band damage.

Rating + 2 picture and item sent does not match

I ordered edge guard which was supposed to be brown in color. Actually brown and white colors were more expensive compared to other colors, yet they were a match for my furniture. I have bought the items yet I saw that they sent a light flashy yellow edge guard. When I contacted the customer service for a replacement they offered me 10% discount to keep the item. The item is 3 dollars, I bought two, which makes 6 dollars, so they basically offered me 60 cents for compensation. Just because I did not want to go through the shipping process I accepted the item and emailed them and said that I accepted the item. Then for 60 cents refund, they wanted me to send a picture of the item showing the color. I took the picture and sent it back to them, and now I am anxiously waiting for my 60 cents to be put back into my account.

Rating + 1 Sent wrong item, now no communications

I ordered a battery for a Canon Powershot S100 and they sent the wrong one. I have emailed and tried to call. No one picks up the phone and then a message comes on and says no one is available and then it hangs up. I have a useless battery and apparently no way to get a refund.
