Rating + 2 Awful service

I placed this order a week ago and only today did someone finally take the package to the carrier. Haven't had service this bad from anyone in the past 5 years. Even worse, vendor didn't even bother to respond directly to my complaint about poor shipping response. I paid for 3 day delivery - not to spend time waiting for someone to get off their but to actually take it to the carrier.

Rating + 2 Took them a week to ship my item

Purchased 5 LTO4 tapes through newegg from this company. Purchased 6/17, they shipped on 6/24....exactly one week later. Definitely would not have purchased from this company if I new they were going to sit on it for a week.

Rating + 2 Shipment was 1 week late.

Ordered on 3/7, shipped on 3/11, and delivered on 3/24. Not sure who is to blame on the extra week for delivery but I paid an additional $21 for 3 to 5 day shipping. I will probably make my next purchase directly with or try another reseller.

I ordered two Xbox Live Gold 12 month cards and paid about $8 shipping in Nov. When it shipped, I checked on the tracking from the tracking number and it took over 2 weeks to be "delivered" but it was never delivered to me. No one knocked on my door and handed me the package or made me sign for it. I order multiple items for Christmas and every package, was handled that way. So I feel like it was shipped to the wrong building or lost. I called and left a message, no return. I sent over six emails about this and no fix, no refund, no help. All they do is tell me it was delivered and ignore the fact that I NEVER got it. For $8 shipping, they could of easily made sure it had signature or at least make sure they handed me the package, especially for the holidays. It was suppose to be 5-7 days shipping anyways and it took over 2 weeks, just for it to be lost, stolen or shipped to the wrong place. And they won't help. A very bad experience and a very bad Christmas for someone because of this

Overall the deal worked as it is supposed to... you click to buy, you pay, stuff shows up at your door. I would order from CEG again, but probably not if I was in a hurry. Newegg usually gets stuff out same day... this seller took 3 to ship. But again, the seller provided the product I ordered and packed it well enough that the shipper couldn't beat the snot out of it in transit. If they shipped quicker, it would be a 5-egger...

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
