Ordered a 3 pack of high capacity CE400X carts - Newegg said were in stock - CISinks charged our credit card - then 3 days later CISinks called and said they couldn't ship those cartridges at that price. Offered a measly 10% off to ship standard capacity CE400A carts. Online selling isn't rocket science - either get your prices right before posting them, or when you mess up, honor the orders that were placed at that price. We'll have to rethink the whole buying toner from CISinks after this (which is too bad, since we've had about a dozen previous purchases that were all most but not quite trouble free).
Seller Response:We unfortunately ran out of stock on this item at the time that it was purchased. Unfortunately, it would take more than 30 days to get the items delivered to our facility. I really apologize about this.

When I use this toner cartridge, there are very visible toner streaks on the paper even after cleaning the printer rollers. I never had this problem with the previous toner cartridge....frustrated. I'm not sure I should have gone with a refilled toner cartridge....
Seller Response:There's a small defective rate with some of these toners. You should have contacted us before leaving feedback, I would of definitely help get that cartridge replaced for you.

Great seller with prompt delivery as promised. It just struck me as unusual that buying four toner cartridges separately was LESS expensive than buying them as a package since they all came in the same box anyway. ;-)

- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 60 days
- Restocking Fee: 15.00%
- 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. Shipping fee is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for any damage or loss caused by installing or using our products improperly.
