Rating + 1 If you can't understand zip codes, you shouldn't be in business

I order an stereo installation kit from the company. First off it took them 4 days to even ship the item and when they did they ship it to an address in TEXAS, when I clearly gave them an address and zip code in CALIFORNIA. Then if you try to call them they let it go to voice mail nearly 90% of the time. If you do finally reach someone they tell you they'll get a hold of the shipping department and call you right back, but they won't. I been force to contact Newegg to force the company to fully refund my money.

Apparently this company has a problem with number as it can't get quantities right or zip codes. If that's an issue, then you probably shouldn't be in business.

Seller is great, only issue was that I ordered it on the 3rd of the month, but they didn't actually deliver it to the postal office until six days later. Otherwise, great seller, no other issues and it shipped quickly after it reached the post office.

RMA instructions
