I wish there were 0 eggs because this company doesn't deserve 1 egg. I ordered a 15'' subwoofer enclosure and they sent me a 12'' ported enclosure. When I tried to contact them they acted like I was being shady when they are the ones who made the mistake., I do a lot of car audio installations because I own a computer repair business so I was hoping to do a lot of business with this company but they just straight up don't care abut repeat customers at all. I have had a 15'' sub but no box for weeks, funny thing is I ordered the subwoofer and the enclosure at the same time just different sellers. I am still waiting to this day for that 15'' enclosure. I am so frustrated with the whole situation that I went to a local audio shop and bought another box just so I could use my subwoofer. I don't think I should have to pay for the same item twice because the seller wont make it right but if I waited on them I might not ever use the subwoofer. if you need car audio I fully recommend buying everything from newegg just make sure it's not from caraudio closeout

Rating + 1 Warning do not buy from this dishonest company

I bought a stereo and an amp from Caraudio Closeout, they sent only my stereo in a box just big enough for my stereo. I tried to call them, but they do not answer their phone. I had to go to newegg to get this company to communicate. Caraudio claimed that they sent both pieces, yet the box was only big enough for the stereo, they wanted me to fraudulently file a claim with fedex and say that fedex lost the amp. I sent pics of the box with the stereo in it to prove the amp would not have fit in the box. I called newegg told them I did not want the amp, newegg told Caraudio not to send it, yet they did anyways. after ordering the stereo and amp 4 weeks ago I finally got my money back. Buy from them at your own risk

Rating + 1 Worst Experience Ever

I ordered four speakers from these people. the order was just sitting in limbo for about a week. I left emails after calling them with no response. I pout in a cancel order with Newegg. Then they shipped the order. Why did it take a cancel order to get there people to move. I give Craaudio Closeout. One star to many for the because there is no 0 eggs to give out for reviews. I will never never purchase from Caraudio Closeout again

Rating + 1 Worst Newegg experience EVER!

Horrible (actually, non-existant) customer service. This was part of a $1500.00 order from Newegg and I received everything else before this vendor even verified my order! I contacted customer service twice about what the problem was and never received a response. I will never order from this vendor again and maybe not through Newegg again! Reading reviews, I am not the first customer to voice this complaint from this vendor.

Another online competitor was cheaper on the same item, but when I asked for their so called price match guarantee they said they wouldn't honor it because the other sight didn't qualify as a recognized competitors. So basically they don't really price match.
