Rating + 1 RMA on a DOA

Car charger was DOA, seller wouldn't refund return shipping cost referring to policy. Lost a few bucks for nothing. just great! Last time I'll use Newegg Marketplace.

Rating + 1 Never Again

I purchased two cell phone chargers from this vendor recently, and they might have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. One of the items was broken and I have called them for a week straight and have sent emails to get that rectified and have received NO RESPONSE. I would NEVER purchase anything from this vendor, and would implore others to do the same.
Seller Response:We have not received one single email or received one phone message from this customer about this order. We always take care of our customers and always will. Look at our other feedback. We have never not taken care of a customers problem unless they did not contact us. Its unfair when customers lie about things on feedback to try and get things for free or just to hurt a company. It happens from time to time, and its truly unfair to all the great customers that shop with us everyday.

A product I received from them was DOA but after a quick email they resolved the issue without any stress for me! Would buy from them again! Amazing customer service and I wish more companies would provide the same level of service.

Product shipped fast and arrived as described. It got here from across the country in 2 days (from the time it was shipped, 3 days since I placed the order) with the free shipping option (USPS I believe).

Received both items quickly. One USB adapter worked fine, the other was broken when it got to me. Would've sent it back but I got it for cheap and shipping can be a pain. Hopefully they'll inspect their items more often.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
