Rating + 1 Don't buy from!!!

Just like all the others with horrible shipping, I too am one that became skeptical of them. For the past 2 weeks all the shipping label shoes is that the label has been made. It has not been sent to the shipping company. I would highly staying away from this company!! I will be asking for a refund and also be refusing to pay anything with as lazy as they are.

Fast shipping, properly packaged box to protect the contents, and a good item description on the page. Some additional detail would have been nice (I.e. a video of how the triggers attach to the controller) but at this point I am nit-picking. Great seller.

Rating + 1 Rip Off

Never received item. I was told it was sent back due to incorrect address though the address was correct and used on Newegg many times. Seller then said a new item would be re-shipped. Never received again and stop replying to emails. Horrible!

Order was supposedly shipped a week and a half ago. However the tracking number is either bogus or the product never actually shipped. Not a good first experience with NewEgg. I wont be back

Rating + 1 Did not fill order, poor communication

I ordered four cameras for work to fill a specific need. The seller cancelled my order and refunded my money after two days with no explanation. My only notification was an RMA email. I was pretty disappointed with them accepting an order they could not fill, then not giving an explanation. I will not use this seller again.

    Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty
    After 30 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the products maker for warranty service.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
