The only thing I care about when ordering a specific product is that it comes as described (new), and that the shipping happens in a timely fashion.
This seller has accomplished both of these tasks.

Ordered some chairs from them, missing parts, missing instructions. They offered to refund me $10. They should have offered to take the products back at their expense.

Rating + 1 Christmas Central Unreliable

I placed an order and Christmas Central claimed they shipped the products, but the tracking number they issued was bogus and did not exist. Newegg staff was very helpful and apologetic, but they were never able to even get a response from Christmas Central to find out what happened to my order. A month and a half later and still no response from Christmas Central. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Christmas central took full payment for a next day air shipment and instead chose to send the merchandise by ground while still keeping the entire payment. Can not get a response from them by phone or email.

Their error has made the merchandise too late to be useful and now is ignoring the customer. Steer clear of this company. There are many far more reputable sellers on Newegg.

Rating + 1 Avoid like the plague

This company has absolutely no customer service. They took payment on an order that was to be shipped next day air. Christmas central opted instead to take the entire payment and ship their products by ground making it way too late to be of use. Numerous attempts to contact Christmas central have so far received no response. They apparently have absolutely no intentions of working with the customer thus will be forcing a contested charge on my credit card.

Save yourself the headaches, shop elsewhere.

Newegg was very efficient with my oreder, unfortunately, the ad showed a different color than what I received and I had to send it back. But, Newegg and the company shipping product were quick to rectify situation

Product was received not as advertised and then when sent back they charge a 10% restocking fee. Stay away from this scam of a company.

Rating + 4 Wonderful!

It's just as gorgeous as the picture, and it shipped very quickly! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because as soon as we received it one of the beads holding the top prongs together fell off and i had to glue it back together. Otherwise, absolutely gorgeous and worth the purchase!

    Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.

    Can I return my order?

    If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that:

    We receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes first)
    Merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.

    What part of my order will be refunded?

    The returned merchandise total will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Who pays for return shipping?

    You will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. You can ship back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

    Can I exchange my order?

    To exchange your merchandise you need to place a new order with Christmas Central. Once a new order is placed, contact us and we will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Use the label to return your original order.
    Pre-paid labels can only be sent to the lower 48 states.

    Note: if you do not place a new order with us and you use the pre-paid label we email you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Christmas Central representative.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
