Rating + 1 Loooong ship w/useless tracking info

Tracking info that just says "shipped" with no other info is pretty useless, so I was left with an extended wait-and-see period and then my package suddenly arrived "unannounced." out of the blue.

Rating + 1 Terrible Experience..

I placed an order last month and received the wrong item only to find out 20 days later that they no longer carried the item I ordered. I've asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for a response from newegg to receive email a response from clean boutique... mind you the item was prenatal vitamins for my girlfriend. We're not very pleased to say the least.

Placed an order on June 7 at Newegg. Credit card was charged on June 10. Order has not been delivered. Have made two inquiries to Newegg and Clean Boutique about order. Have not received the order or any information about it as of June 29.

Rating + 1 Over two weeks for delivery?

I'm very unhappy with my purchase. The pictures are misleading it shows a pack of six multi colored toothbrushes and what I got was one toothbrush that was totally overpriced and and TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED. Do yourself a favor, shop with another seller.

    Full Refund – You can obtain a full refund for a product purchased within 30 days of the original transaction. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
