I purchased a MacBook Pro 13" fem the seller. The item was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The computer was brand new in a sealed box and matches the description. I was loaded with OS X 10.9 instead of 10.8 but that is immaterial for my needs.

Rating + 4 2nd order shipped fast

The first time I ordered, I apparently picked something out of stock. Over two days later when it was still in some kind of verification limbo, I called and was advised it was back-ordered. The website should be updated regularly so people don't waste their time, and customers should be contacted to let them know before over 2 days has passed. Other than that, I tried them again and the next order shipped pretty quickly - this was packed well, all the parts there and in good shape. Can't wait to use my new camera!

Quick shipping through fed-ex. Only issue is that they are using signature required for the delivery. I understand using this method for expensive items but is it really necessary for refurbished items under $50?

Rating + 1 Falsely represented product as new

Item is represented and sold as new however the item is clearly used.

There is a small, 1/4" scratch mark on the top of the device which means they probably refurbished it or bought it from a refurbishing center and there is wet marks all over the device where they apparently tried to clean it up.

I didn't even try to power it on as I want a new one and will be returning it.

Next time you sell something refurbished make sure to identify it as refurbished.

Will never use this vendor again.

RMA Policy
    Returns for Sealed & Unused Merchandise is allowed within 30 days of shipping the item to customer. Please email us at Newegg@clickgoandbuy.net to request an RMA number (a Return Merchandise Authorization). Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. Per Newegg’s policy, return postage is on the buyer. In the event an item is sold with no shipping fees to the customer then Click Go and Buy will refund the amount of sale, less "actual shipping costs" to customer. From when approval is sent, we will have to receive the item(s) within the next 10 days. No refund(s)/exchange(s) will be made if the package is received after this time. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.


    Returns for Opened Merchandise – Is allowed within 15 days of delivery. Open merchandise must be returned in its undamaged manufacturers packaging and must include all accessories. There is a 15% restocking fee for opened items. Please do not tape or write anything on the manufacturers packaging. Merchandise that is received in any way that compromises it original packaging will result in a much higher restocking fee based on its loss of value. The restocking fee for opened items received in a compromised condition is at our discretion.

    Damaged or otherwise defective items if reported within 7 days purchase will be replaced free of charge. If your item(s) becomes or is found to be defective beyond the allotted reporting period then the product falls under the manufacturers warranty then you should contact the manufacturer directly.

    Refunds & exchanges, regardless of the nature, are generally processed within 5-10 business days. If the allotted time has already passed and you have still not been refunded in any way please contact us at Newegg@clickgoandbuy.net.

    Do not send your return prior to asking for a RMA number by emailing us at Newegg@clickgoandbuy.net. Return without an RMA on the box may be misplaced altogether and/or will be refused by our warehouse! RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
