Pros: Lots of bass for this style of headphone, but also balances well with mids and lows. Should be noted that it isn't perfect, you lose a bit of your highs, but nothing to dock an egg over. Friends say the mic is clear as well through axon, curse, and skype.

Cons: I experience quite a bit of background noise when i reach about 50% volume, but can only be heard when there isn't anything playing in the headphones. Again, nothing major for a consumer like me, but perhaps it's worth mentioning for those nit-pickers out there.

Overall Review: Just needed a set of plugs with an in-line mic for my laptop until i get my custom build up and running, then i'll resort to an over-ear headset solution. For now, these are GREAT. Worth every penny.
