Overall Review: We have used a number of these power supplies, both in new builds and in retrofits and upgrades. Although this is a relatively low-cost power supply it has enough guts to support a small server. We load test all power supplies prior to installation and noted that this unit regulated well even when loaded to 95 percent of its ratings.

The internal cooling fan is not sufficient to cool the chassis itself, and therefore secondary cooling should be provided. We do not consider this a deficiency, as all modern chassis have provisions for extra fans.

Overall Review: A good size fan means great airflow, and the variety of power connections fits nearly every need.

Pros: Nice power supply. This company seems to under state their supply power ratings, so you get a supply that is not likely to fail under the rated load. The fan is very quiet. When the display is in snooze mode, I have to glance at the power light on the computer to see if it is running.

Cons: None. Fit right in and started working.

Overall Review: They enclose a note stating that the detached 4-pin connector (on the 24-pin power plug) cannot be used in place of the ATX +12V 4-pin (P4) connector. A nice touch.. did you ever make that mistake? Come on now -- admit it!
