3 out of 5 eggsGood for 5GHz

Pros: - Working and stable on 5GHz
- Easy to setup

Cons: - Drop connections on 2.4GHz. Can only use it on 5GHz to have a stable connection, no drops out... On 2.4GHz, I can't even play a ps3 game online without dropping.

Overall Review: Make sure your router support 5GHz

1 out of 5 eggsDAP-1513 JUNK

Pros: Small box

Cons: Simultaneous dual band is a lie in advertising. Band selection only.

No wireless access to setup page most of the time. NTP time setting signals will not pass through this device.
Device hangs and reboots randomly. Almost all 15 Wi-Fi devices in my home complained of IP clobbering when this device is running on either band. Manual is on CD only and suffers real bad of English translation. Manual states not much more than webpage selections. Not much to configure if you wanted to. This device has been out there for years and yet there is no forum on Dlink's website despite many mentions of it. No support intelligence could be fund in the forum either except for the same complaints for years and no solutions. Terrible device. STAY AWAY!

Overall Review: Will be returned or garbaged. Read reviews elsewhere. This came with v1.01 = latest version. (2014)

1 out of 5 eggsAnother for the junk box.

Pros: It has a small footprint.

Cons: Connectivity will last for about 10 minutes then fail. Power cycling will restore connectivity but failure will occur again and again each time with a shorter up-time duration. Unfortunately I bought it and let it sit in the box before finding this out so no refund for me.

3 out of 5 eggsOk access point

Pros: Ok switch if close by, range less than average on two floors.

Cons: PIA to work with, must connect directly to router to access settings, linked to D Link 4500, ended up buying another for the distance.

Overall Review: Bought this for Netflix, ended up using it for simple access for DVR and Sharp big screen up stairs. Good for apartment but forget large home. Ok if you are one or two rooms away and don't ever check settings, PIA to configure.

1 out of 5 eggswhat in the world is this suppose to be?

Pros: looks nice, sleek, 4 ethernet ports, fast speeds.

Cons: i bought this product to use as a bridge/ adapter for my ps3, xbox, sony tv and the gaming rig i am building. i though that this product would have been good since i previously owned a dlink brand router (4500g) which was an amazing router, unfortuantly i had to switch to a verizon fios router which did not give as much range. this product however is the complete opposite.
1) set up was quite difficult, especially when you are using a laptop to set it up with.
2) when i finally got it to work after 2 hours it disconnected from my network. i power cycled it and it began to work again.
3) disconnection got more frequent and i completely reset my fios internet network. this did not solve the issue.
4) hard reset on the device at many times did not work.
5) once you link it to your network, the media bridge address was unreachable unless you reset the device and turn off your wireless card on your laptop.
6) dlink customer support was really terrible, instead of helping me, they claimed it was my laptop which has absolutely nothing to do with it and instead marketed anti virus software and cleanup software (which my laptop is brand new and fully operational).

Overall Review: i really wanted this product to work as well as my 4500g but apperantly dlink has changed. hopefully cisco is better
